That would be just bizarre.BWFC_Insane wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/14 ... _Anderson/
So Iles reckons Holdsworth may ask the FL to investigate what has happened to Anderson's money. Whereas Anderson says there is no issue.
All sounds hunky dory then....
Me and me mate want to buy a football club. Look here's the money....pause.....Oh can you investigate me mate? I'm not sure he's got it...

^^Read Iles' Twitter. Whole thing bizarre. Clearly true though. What a mess. One needs to buy the other out quickly. However the one I'd trust to run the club doesn't have the money. And the other seems unwilling to stick the money in!

Don't tell me .... you're worried about it, right ?BWFC_Insane wrote:^^Read Iles' Twitter. Whole thing bizarre. Clearly true though. What a mess. One needs to buy the other out quickly. Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Football agent who has been barred from company directorship. Who'd have thought he'd be a slimy lying c*nt? We are fecked.
Hope the ST has been working hard behind the scenes and seen this this coming because they will be needed soon I expect.

But Anderson insists that the money's there, ready to be transferred. What makes you say he hasn't got the money? He had to prove to the FL that he'd got the readies for the deal to go through.BWFC_Insane wrote:^^Read Iles' Twitter. Whole thing bizarre. Clearly true though. What a mess. Not panicking a little unnecessarily are we?
May the bridges I burn light your way

The words 'Anderson says...' hardly fill you with confidence do they? Wouldn't believe a single word he says. Anyway it's all guesswork really.Bruce Rioja wrote:But Anderson insists that the money's there, ready to be transferred. What makes you say he hasn't got the money? Well, I'd rather hear what Anderson has to say about it rather than hang onto the every word of Isles.LeverEnd wrote:The words 'Anderson says...' hardly fill you with confidence do they? Anderson has said a lot since coming in. Nothing has actually ended up being correct though has it? One owner refusing to comment.Bruce Rioja wrote:But Anderson insists that the money's there, ready to be transferred. What makes you say he hasn't got the money? Then read Anderson's statement about the possibility of DH asking the FL to investigate. It's as clear as crystal that there is a problem here.

Well, we'll see won't we. I don't recall Anderson giving himself deadlines, do you?BWFC_Insane wrote:Anderson has said a lot since coming in. Deadlines? Weeks ago he said we had a board and new manager in place. Doesn't look like it to me.Bruce Rioja wrote:Well, we'll see won't we. For all the stick Iles gets these rumours have been around a long while. If there was no truth they'd easily have been quashed. But Deano won't comment and Anderson has made a comment that suggests he and Deano aren't exactly working closely together.
Frankly I think Iles is about the best source we have for what's happening at the club. Anderson has already made several statements that turned out to be nonsense.
I really hope the report is entirely wrong. But I suspect even if not totally true there is at least some basis here.

As near-hysterical as BWFCi can get at times, you'd have to be naive beyond belief to believe that all is well. The writing is on the wall.

Re: Sports Shield - New Owners (Probably)
No deadlines then, and all of the Summer to select the best candidate. Look, I'm not saying all is well, the truth is that neither you nor I have the faintest clue as to exactly what's going on (and I'm not having Iles word on any of it). If the situation's the same as time becomes of the essence then I'm sure I'll join you in your concern, but not just yet.BWFC_Insane wrote: Deadlines? Re: Sports Shield - New Owners (Probably)
Would anyone in their right mind who isn't seriously loaded consider buying a season ticket? I hope those that do use credit cards, so when - and it's looking more like when than if - the club folds their money's safe??
Are any bookies offering odds that Bolton won't start the season??

So is the word on the street that we're properly f*cked again?

What is this nonsense. Submit the accounts and get the transfer embargo lifted. Then I might believe we're not in the shit.
