Holding Brief
A thread for holding Holding related stuff and guff (like Arsenal's latest derisory bid).
I know he might not be round for much longer but he'll still be one of ours while he's at the Toulon Tournament.

England U21 play Portugal tonight and, with three more group games against Guinea, Japan and Paraguay to come, the chances are he'll win a first cap over the next few days.

Re: Holding Brief
The Sun claim the Gunners are still favourites for his signature despite a late charge from Tottenham.
But Arsene Wenger is determined to get his man.
It's claimed the experienced boss will submit a £1.2m offer, plus bonuses, in the next few days.

Rob Holding's England romped home 7-1 v Guinea u-23s. Apparently, his team mates had to show him how to celebrate a win.

Didn't play tonight but England are virtually sure of qualifying now so he's got a good chance of playing in the last group game against Japan.

I'm just wondering whether as part of his deal, we'll be getting another young Gunner on loan?

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
