Great going chaps. Except you LE yer lazy git!

Know what you mean Bruce. I thought I'd really pushed myself this morning. 23 seconds slower than last time

I'm looking for a more gentle re-introduction to parkrun duty than Bolton this weekend. Anyone fancy joining me at Worsley Woods?

See, BP, Our Kid's looking for a gentle re-intro this weekend so WW makes sense. However, this one'll be my 50th and I really want to do it at LHP. :?

Knocked a whopping 90 seconds of my 10k PB, but I think I need to invest in some of these https://www.achillesheel.co.uk/nipguard ... 0wodVkEGyQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; #ouch

Excellent! Apart from the chafing obviously  I picked some sort of gel from decathlon a while back. Works great on long runs, particularly around the old nads

I know what you're saying, but you've done a couple or so away from LHP, so your 52nd/53rd will be your 50th at LHP. I'm not sure it would be sensible to subject my calves to those hills just yet. Looking to get in 2 or 3 more 5k's in the next week whilst i'm off work (without brekky) :pissed: That should see me reet for LHP next week.

Spurred into action by Pru tonight I will cycle to and from my swim set so that's 14 miles bike and a 2km swim. Tomorrow is a 14 mile run and then Sunday will be a Standard distance triathlon race at Welwyn. Have to ease myself back in gently after my 24 hour layoff.

Good luck for your 50th Bruce.

Aye count me in. Not sure if I'll make the run as out tonight but should manage an Enfield.

I'm planning on doing 10miles over Rivington either Sunday or Monday. Would be good to have some company
