Haha, none! Yeah, if I'd left a bit more time after my taco bell breakfast (highly recommended pre-workout supplement), I could have gone a bit quicker, was getting pretty hot for the second half of the run though, but yeah pretty pleased with my progress.

Oh, nothing but sunshine here. :D Must be in the high 20s now.
Superb. Please tell us that you jumped up and down, hands aloft, at the top of 'em. :D

better to learn that now than on the day!

Tough weekend topped by 85 miles round Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire in pisspouring rain. Enjoyed at least 5 near death experiences.

I have an appointment on Wednesday with a woman who will be using the 'Bowen Technique' on me. She was recommended by a work colleague who suffered with back problems for 25 years, seeing various osteopaths etc. This woman sorted her out in 2 appointments. I'm hoping that she can do the same for me!

Does she show you the speedboat that you narrowly missed out on before giving you your bus fare home? :)

After this morning's effort, I feel that the word "leisurely" is often under used in top level athletics.

Gateshead parkrun with a horrible hangover and a 2.5 mile run each way to get there. Over 6 mins slower than last week. Glad I did it though. Bubble football was a laugh too. More booze now.
