On the UK Ironman tracker, it's showing around 5k left to run, but not sure it's updated instantaneously...

Thanks everyone. I had a great day. Was HARD! but chuffed to have finished under 14 hours (my target). I could have run faster if I hadn't cramped which meant walking and jogging for about the last 16 miles. Small quibble as I did my time anyway. Great support from LE and BP (sorry if there was anyone else I didn't see.

Passed by some of the cyclists on a short section of their route yesterday and couldn't figure out why it was called Ironman, I'm sure we passed a woman.
