Bit of possession us before micman resumes with a throw us. Talk of 4,000 Bolton fans in the ground and micman and Zico reminisce about old times. Trotter sets us off but the homers come back via Henderson. Goal kick us. Zico says it's "freeezin", mic man laughs at him. Homers come again and....we clear before Moxey gives one away. Oh, Bury have scored.....

Bury, up the sharp end, top even.. Ah well, we'll have to change that. Offside again before Rafferty gets an ear worm from the ref for a challenge on Moxxey. We sally and...Taylor passes ell but the keeper intervenes sharpish. Scunthorpe score. Howard clears with a throw and Henry attacks. Homers clear well before Taylor goes....Wilson comes forwards and....Henry, Thorpe, Wheater.....and we get a throw from a row Z clearance. Wilson long and.....cleared and..they get the throw.

Scunthorpe score again......not what we wanted to hear, but there's plenty time. Now then, keeper clears and Spearing gives one away. Bit of Scouse prophecy from Zico and then a throw us. More chat about Sam, then they sally forth and Henderson making a nuisance before they send one across the face and too near for comfort. Homers sally at us again and....who are we playing?....oh, aye, Rochdale. Throw them and...that becomes a corner.

Corner and....we get a free kick for ariel assault on a White. We do really need to smash a couple in the homer's net lads, come on and....and....we get a corner via Henry. And.....an outswinger and....cleared for a throw. And...Wheater, Moxey....Proctor....Taylor and.....keeper grabs it via a deflection. Back and forth and......ohhhh Henry volleys one wide...

Henry missed an absolute sitter apparently. Another one of those games where we cannot score!

Bags of noise from the spectators before we have a goal kick. Please let's not have a "might have been" night. Bury the xxxxx.
Homers make an early sub, Davies for Henderson.........we have a corner after a break forth. Corner then and.....Henry and....and....and....ref gives the homers a free kick. And.....some more back and forth and a throw them. Is somebody going to smash one home to show us the way? Throw us and......Thorpe and.....they clear and break. We stop it and....go nowhere. They sall, Rafferty....and....somebody else then Andrew then Rafferty and.....Trotter gets away with an assault (so says micman) before Moxey gets chopped. Mic man definitely isn't a Whites supporter at heart. Moxey rises from the turf and we go....All nowt about owt......Homers come again and we defend well. Shall we score lads???? us, I mean. Free to them thirty out. And......Howard takes it safely. Thirty five gone and the ex European Premier League all stars haven't managed to score so far against Rochdale. Ref upsets the miclads then.....the homers sally, Anderson has it and loses it.

Shall we score now before half-time lads? Two would be nice....Free them, cleared and....back they come. Spearing clears but back they come again and win a corner. Part of me isn't really believing this. And......well, a throw. Moxey launches. It ends back with Howard. Proctor wins a throw near their box and.....did you know, Sam Allardyce has been relieved of his England job? Come on lads.....goal kick us and ......Zico mentions ping-pong then.....they sally and win a corner. Bunny fires one in and....a volley goes into deep space.

Still sounding like long and hopeful from us and we sure ain't frightening the Homers. We go off abreak and....Taylor wants a free kick that the ref gives to Rochdale. And....some more minutes of high excitement are announced. Free kick us, Spearing and...ohhhhhh Spearing's cracker brings a great save from their keeper. We go again and.....Anderson heads over. 0-0 at the break.

With the excitement at fever pitch...well, nearly....part two of this tournament of champions re-commences. Quick chat in English and Scouse before we give away a free 25 out. And.....and......into the wall and cleared. Offside them now and we take the pressure off.

Goal kick them after a bit of sloppy control from Henry. Trotter getting good words from the box and Wilson flings one forth.
Conversation in the micbox has all the intensity of a chapter of "Alice through the Looking Glass". We go, they clear, we come again and....Trotter wins a free kick. Thorpe and.....cleared for a throw. Long and....they sally at us. Trotter does well and..now Rafferty......and it's 1-0 them....

A bit of sloppy stuff and the home crowd go bananas as they take the lead.

It will dawn shortly as to just what the reality of losing to Rochdale in a league actually means. A corner us and Henry and....some in and out headers and...a throw and we come again and they break and.....it's about time for a change of tactics as we are actually losing chaps. Come on lads, gets and they hit the post and almost go two up. BOLTON WANDERERS.....BOLTON WANDERERS....Does anybody in the team know what that means??

Rochdale have conceded in every game this season. I fear they're about to break their duck

Nothing matters except two goals, or one more than them. No more comment from me unless it's positive. This is not good.
