I am not out with a placard crying my eyes out, nor demanding legal action and stamping my feet when that fat tw*t got re-elected, actually with the gerrymandering that goes on being a volunteer refuge/migrant reception town, Bolton will become Blackburn in the next couple of decades and I WILL be gone before that.

When Cafferkey’s temperature was found to be high, Wood is alleged to have recorded it on the form as normal, saying they would then “get out of here and sort it out”. They were then allowed to leave the screening area.
Cafferkey later told another volunteer she had a high temperature and returned to the screening area, but she had taken paracetamol and her temperature was found to be within the normal range, so she was cleared to fly to Scotland, where she was taken ill.
Cafferkey was accused by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of misconduct, but was cleared on the grounds that she had already become too ill to understand the implications of her actions.
What utter bollocks!

The reason why professional bodies should not investigate themselves.

I've seen this claim made on the BEN comments section before. Could you expand on it Hoboh? Certainly , when the dispersal of asylum seekers first became govt policy in the late 90s, town councils like Bolton couldn't opt in or out, they all had to take their fair quota to relieve pressure from London councils. Is Bolton a designated reception town in the North West where say Wigan or Bury are not?

You totally underestimate me mate, I told you had the referendum gone the other way then I, like you, would live with it, I was more than happy to get the chance to have my vote.
Am I happy the way things have gone since, no because and get this, I am furious with those leading lights who led the out campaign for not having a real plan, I expected them to go in hard ball over certain things and not let Juncker and co have the time to stir up meddling.
May is sat on her ass doing little to be honest.
I am even less happy, in fact disheartened by the whinging and whining coming out of the remoaners and snowflakes, so why the fcuk should I keep silent?
Am I happy Trump was elected?
Only because it kept a shady Clinton out of the Whitehouse, to me Trump maybe slightly crackers and distasteful but Clinton was pure evil backed by the elitists'.

Some folks did point out that there was no plan. I don't think you should have to keep silent. But nor should people who don't agree with leaving the EU.

Let's be fair, the people wanting to remain are entitled to whinge and whine. Bill Cash, Daniel Hannan, Jacob Rees-Mogg and the rest have been whinging and whining for years. So don't be disheartened, because it probably isn't going away any time soon. :-)

Like decisions made, you don't always agree with them and then start to hammer out how to move forward with the agenda, not moan and do your best to stop them, that's democracy.
I'm afraid at lot of the young don't see it that way, if the vote goes against them it's wrong, the Kleenex starts popping out.
These are the real people who will damage democracy and the country.
Latest reports in regard to the amount of work to leave just prove beyond doubt that the EU system is so rigged and integrated that the UK or others would have become a part of a federal Europe after another few years with little choice or say in the matter.
EU 'democracy' is a one way street.

Work has not started on this expensive white elephant yet and it's starting to gather trouble.

Sack it off and don't waste another penny on it, the system will be a museum piece if it ever gets completed.

Not really sure about this. People always pi$$ and moan against decisions that go against their thinking - that's democracy too. I think it's far too simplistic just to blame that on "the young", Democracy in the country won't be damaged by "the young" in isolation. Continuing to elect the political elites in a predominantly two party system will be what damages "democracy" - I think only once in the last 100 years has a government been elected on greater than 50% of the turn out - so a long way less in terms of the number of people eligible to vote.

As to the amount of work to leave - this shouldn't come as a surprise - when you spend 45 years co-developing legislation (all of which we agreed to) then it's going to take some time to pull that apart. But we did say this at the time. No bugger listened. People on here were telling us we could do all this in 6 months with new Trade Agreements and all sorts of other bollocks.

I'll admit to the occasional piss n moan about it Hoboh. There's only my 100 year old Gran that considers me young these days

Rather than get upset at folk that don't want us to leave the EU, why not have a moan instead at our government who are playing catch phrase bingo rather than getting on with it.

I was taught never take anything at face value and read everything at least twice, mind I've been guilty of ignoring that.

I'm delighted to note that being taught not to take anything at face value, you found yourself in a position to vote for Brexit, without actually knowing what it might have meant, as there was no detail at all.
