Managed with one coat. Now it's important that I highlight that non-drip gloss and "trade" gloss are not the same thing. Who the fcuk is Jackson Pollock?

This is not the angry thread not at all, nor did I post there, but here in general chat. Much of my stuff is tongue in cheek at best as this was. "Is nothing sacred?" is just a common expression used regularly and nothing really to do with sacred in the strict sense where it means relating to God. I was joking.....

We really do live in a crazy world, most people I suspect, would have the guy locked up and the key thrown away.

Re: General Chit Chat
Questions for you London types.
I'm having to fly into Heathrow this weekend and need to do a few underground trips on my way through. Does an Oystercard ever lapse or expire? I've found one in the depths of my drawers but I've not used it for years. Will it still work?
Also, I'll be travelling with my 9-year-old boy. Is he free? If he is, how does that work? Do we have to get let through the staffed barrier?
Ta muchly.

I can't comment on your long lost card though.

Re: General Chit Chat
Another birthday last week. On the weekend my children popped in to help me celebrate. I've been at them for years not to waste money on me. It's getting through.
My daughter gave me the card and gift in the 'photo.

I've pulled a muscle in my back, just below my right shoulder blade. As one that's never had any sort of muscular back trouble before I'd absolute no idea as to just how painful this would be. Sweet baby Jesus and the orphans!

Re: General Chit Chat
Rest it if you can and don't make it worse by straining or heavy lifting. Back problems are the pits and I really hope you don't get spasms. I did one day driving home from Liverpool and drove straight across a large roundabout near Leigh/Culceth. Rest is the only real cure but you could try Savlon ointment to help with the pain.Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2017 9:22 pmI've pulled a muscle in my back, just below my right shoulder blade. Cheers Tango. Just had the most terrible night's 'sleep' and can't put anything on it as the pain's in an impossible-to-reach area. Working from home today and hoping for a very quiet one. So far, so goodTANGODANCER wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2017 9:46 pmRest it if you can and don't make it worse by straining or heavy lifting. Back problems are the pits and I really hope you don't get spasms.
