A lot depends on injury at the moment. Beevers, Spearing and Alf had knocks on Tuesday and at a push we might fill in for all three with Derik, Dervite, Henry and Long to shuffle with. What's with the wonder must-have signing, Krakatoa (or whatever he's called) ?. We only have him for half-an-hour apparently and...? If Long is in, who's out? I can see him as second half sub again.

Hoping we'll keep out Cup Final mentality going. Parky reckons the team don't need pep talks and Vela claims they're well up for it. I would, of course, be proclaiming a win if the club doctor had just announced a plague of leprosy in the camp, so with a fit side I'll just have to predict a continuance of the four goal bonanza spree. COME ON YOU WHITES......

Can't see us winning but hope they can keep surprising me.

Strangely, I think that I might be more worried about this match than any other in our run-in. I'd kill for three points tomorrow.

Same. Though I'll be accused of being negative, I have a funny gut feeling we will lose tomorrow. Hopefully it's just nerves, because my gut feelings often aren't that wrong.

You said we eould do well to get a point tuesday, and we were winning 2-1 at the time!
Main thing is with that win we've bought ourselves a cushion so we can take a point or whatever. Play with freedom. We'll be reet.

1-3. They are apparently still very poor at defending crosses and set pieces.

Looking forward to watching the game today, just hope Beevers & co who had knocks play. Though no matter what we do today we'll still have the second place spot

Re: It's all warming up at the Greenhous - Shrewsbury (A) 25/03/17
Been taking the air (and sunshine) around the metropolis this morning. Really is a nice warm, sunny day and with no idea what it's like in Shropshire, we can only assume they may be having the same. Hope the glare doesn't stop our lads banging in another four to keep momentum up. That said, if a scruffy 1-0 or something results, que sera, sera, we'll have it! Mic men on Tower are rambling about naked runs at season end for not scoring....nah...please no.
Anyway, a bit of negative chat being gently aired about us being prone to easing off, but generally optimism is also around. Point being made about what I just said about scruffy wins, and some chat about when Alf was at Rochdale....Zico is on the way. Time for a rousing COME ON YOU WHITES... ..

Spearing on the bench then for Derik? Is that a fitness issue or a gamesmanship one? Beevers and Pratley must be okay.
