And what a dreadful game it was. Sweet how Bradford think they play "good football".Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2017 7:57 pmNo idea, Boz. Top football, absolutely rock solid and great to watch. They've got such a fantastic balance![]()

Re: Tonight's Football
So either Blackburn or Forest or Brum will go down today.
All basket case clubs in the way they are run. Really would feel sorry for young Zach if he found himself at a basket case club back in league one. Doesn't deserve that after clearly not having much choice in his move.

Re: Tonight's Football
All three winning but Blackburn are now level on goal difference with Forest. The Dingles currently lie in the relegation place from goals scored. Nail biter all the way for the teams involved.
It will be a shame if Blackburn get relegated.

Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

Oops, I jumped the gun a bit there; the Birmingham game were still in progress.

Indeed. Very similiar to our own story, except you can't see the ownership situation being sorted there at all. Still thats what you get for appointing Owen Coyle.

Re: Tonight's Football
Chuffed that Blues stayed up for personal reasons. However, let's not lose sight of the fact that their utterly clueless Thai owners, whilst 7th in the table, decided to sack one of England's most promising young managers to install the proven-to-be diabolical 'big name' Zola. So, it's the Venky owned Blackburn that go down.

Re: Tonight's Football
Owen Coyle - kills off football clubs. Grim reaper of football managers.
If there's something shit, in your football club, who you gonna call.....
And all that. Any side that appoints Owen should by now know what will happen. Can't imagine there are many NW football clubs who will give him the chance to ruin them. Surely everyone has learnt by now?

But we are, very much, a Portsmouth sized club, and a Birmingham, and a Blackburn....Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sun May 07, 2017 4:49 pmWe'll we're not wishing for Portsmouth's model, we're wishing for Citeh's.Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Sun May 07, 2017 2:20 pmChuffed that Blues stayed up for personal reasons. Re: Tonight's Football
If we are to bring in foreign investment I hope we do so in conjunction with the Anderson's rather than instead. Money is money. The issue is how the club is run. Ken has shown he knows the ins and outs of football, and that for me is where these foreign owners struggle. Come in thinking they know what to do, by the time they've found their feet it's too late.
