Feckity-feck! I was going to trek over for that tomorrow morning. No chance of a Delay Replay either.
Shambolic from all sides - St Mirren must be spitting feathers.

Players are on strike for non-payment of wages. Hardly St Mirren's fault.Little Green Man wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 10:39 pmFeckity-feck! I was going to trek over for that tomorrow morning. No chance of a Delay Replay either.

I don't know the background to this, but if St Mirren's players haven't been paid, isn't that St Mirren's fault?DJBlu wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 10:48 pmPlayers are on strike for non-payment of wages. Re: Pre-Season Fixtures 2018
Oops! I take that back. It's our players who haven't been paid.

Re: Pre-Season Fixtures 2018
Re Dave Sutton post, the Halifax game is ON it's the Morecambe game that has been moved to a "behind closed doors" due to Morecambe pitch not being ready.

Halifax had better be on. It'll be my little lad's first away trip. I'll get no peace for a week if it's cancelled, I've never seen him so excited.

Long may it last. But you might to have a word with him about England if he thinks this is standard...GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 2:20 pmHe'll be bored to tears after 10 minutes, but for now he's loving it.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 2:18 pmIt won't last but good luck to him and youGhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 2:10 pmHalifax had better be on. Re: Pre-Season Fixtures 2018
Well Morecambe pre-season friendly has been cancelled. I wonder how much of that is actually Morecambe's issue or whether or not it's hiding an on-going issue with our side?

Re: Pre-Season Fixtures 2018
If that were the case they'd have cancelled Halifax and not Morcambe, given that Halifax is first up. The fact they've moved the location and not cancelled the game means it's probably as advertised.

Re: Pre-Season Fixtures 2018
Looks like they are struggling to shift tickets for Girona. Several "get them now!" alerts and now an offer of a signed Girona shirt as a prize. Quite a few on at Halifax, so hopefully not being pay on the day won't put people off.

Will be shocked if more than 200 turn up.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 3:05 pmLooks like they are struggling to shift tickets for Girona. Hard to shift tickets for relatively high profile friendlies at the Macron! Let alone Girona at Leyland.

Very true, but I live in hope. Need to try and enthuse the young lad so he wants to go to the football with his dad before the Chelsea, City and Leeds fans at his school get to him.
