Time for someone to cage the fly-away bird? (Norwich (A) Sat. 2018-12-8 15:00)
Given that my friendly neighbour is a Canary supporter, and ex-resident of that fine town, I'm not going to start predicting anything here other than a loss (to us).
Still, miracles do happen don't they? If you believe in such - or don't - then by all means express your opinion.
Beneath the bottom line v above the top line, it's sure to be a triller.
Off you go ...

You'd get transported somewhere for that years ago.
We'll lose. 0-3. Maybe 0-4.

PP pre-match presser, per Twitter:
The Twitter updates dried up when the questions turned less Pravda. Iles: "Phil Parkinson confirms players have NOT been paid as things stand. He adds, however, that Ken Anderson is seeking to "resolve the situation today"."
Training session halfway down to Norwich - a kickabout on the car park at Blyth Services. We've got to look carefully at the way Norwich are playing and make sure we're ready for the challenge.
We've got one more training session halfway down to Norwich tomorrow afternoon, but we'll be ready for the challenge ahead.
We will keep on rolling our sleeves up in every single game we have. You have to dig deep in every match and we certainly did that on Saturday against Wigan.
Will Buckley had a tightness in the tendon in his groin area, but the scan has come back clear so he's been joining in training. He deserved his goal last weekend and he's a player who will continually get into dangerous areas for us.
Three games in a week for Sammy after his injury was a lot, but now he's had a free week, he looks in a much better place heading into this weekend's clash at Carrow Road.
Expectations of us on Saturday will be low from those on the outside, but we know what we're capable of and we'll be going to Norwich looking for a result.

LOL it did strike me as an odd comment from PP.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Thu Dec 06, 2018 1:04 pmPP pre-match presser, per Twitter:

Anyway, come on, does anyone in their right mind expect us to get anything from this? Especially when Norwich have painted the away dressing room pink - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45247073.

Wonder what the psycological explanation will be for being beaten at home by Bolton Wanderers?

They wouldn't put one forward...they'd argue there was a pharmacological explanation, i.e they'd been doped.TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Thu Dec 06, 2018 2:05 pmWonder what the psycological explanation will be for being beaten at home by Bolton Wanderers?

A new ground for me this one as we're tying the match in with a weekend of Christmas shopping. I've rarely felt as pessimistic about a game during the Parky era, as this one.
Go on lads. Surprise us. 2-1 win

I think there'll be 9 goals in it - and they'll get 'em all.

Norwich are 22 points and 22 places ahead of us. They have scored 22 goals more than us and have conceded 22 goals. I predict 22-0.

We don't have a No 22 this season. It was Morais but he's delivering in a different area.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Sat Dec 08, 2018 11:49 amTwo little ducks, quack quack...TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Fri Dec 07, 2018 9:24 pmNorwich are 22 points and 22 places ahead of us. Well, the missus is away . I've stuffed my stewpot with goodies last night, enough to last me four days. I've done the washing up. I've walked the dog ten miles this morning (she's temporarily knackered, lying at my feet). So I've treated myself - headed for my local hostelry early, got a warm comfortable seat, will have a drink or five whilst reading the newspaper, before tuning in to Radio Tango in about two hours time... What more could I wish for? ( Oh yeh, us to win ).TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Sat Dec 08, 2018 12:05 pmWe don't have a No 22 this season. This is how it will go down: We'll score what we think is a 91st minute winner, jump around in ecstasy and jubilation - before Norwich grab a further 2 goals and win it for real.
Then we won't win again for the rest of the season and get relegated.

I wonder how many of the true travelling support will be there today? My guess would be 200.

A bit under the weather today ( still waiting an admission assessment for a hernia op (forever and a day) but I'll do my best. Time for a "COME ON YOU WHITES" and a win would definitely cheer me up.
