Do you bee-lieve in Father Christmas? Brentford (A) 3:00pm, Saturday, 22 December
Opted for this festive title over "It's A Wanderful Life".
I'll take a point.
Pay on the day confirmed - a bargain £20 (Enoch - and only £15 for OAPs!).

Can't afford to Tony; we need three to avoid sinking without trace. We also need to score more than a scrappy one goal. Time to change out fortunes and have a convincing win. The lads have been doing good things for sick childen lately, now they need to make the adults have a Merry Christmas. COME ON YOU (add in whaterver colour strip we're having) WHITES.....TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Thu Dec 20, 2018 1:34 pmOpted for this festive title over "It's A Wanderful Life".

A train strike on the Brentford branch

It's going to be one of those days.

French air traffic controllers springs to mind. Hope the Whites faithfull get the alternative info ahead of setting off. And don't go blaming Santa, he turns out with his reindeers whatever the problems.TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Fri Dec 21, 2018 5:19 pmA train strike on the Brentford branch

We've got to get out of this rut at some point. 1-0 win. Super Josh 20 minutes in then a heroic backs to the wall performance

We are going to win. It's official, it's Christmas and you heard it here. Faith can move mountains and Brentford ain't a mountain, it's a dockland area renovated. So, we'll win and handsomely.

Brentford seem like one of those sides who have a goal in them, must be shaky at the back?
I’d love to feel confident, but I don’t. I do have this feeling that we might get something today though, bizarrely.

Today and Rotherham on Boxing Day are winnable games. If we emerge with less than 3 points out of a possible 6, and zero goals, we deserve to go down.
Merry fecking Christmas

No, that'll only hurt the wrong folk Jugs. Players and fans alike surely don't want that, and the real culprits won't take any blame. If the club gets sold we may have a fighting chance. Right now we're losing money and it's all snakes and no ladders. Today might just see us on the first rung.....hopefully....

Alnwick, Taylor, Hobbs, Wheater, Wilson, Olkowski, O'Neill, Lowe, Buckley, Ameobi, Doidge
I think that has to be a 4-3-3?

No retreat, no surrender today, nothing else will do. First sally is to them and...a goalkick. Mic man reckons three up front for them. We give away a free kick. And.....in and....Watson crashes a volley across the box but well wide.

Free kick us now. O'Neil and......headed clear. End to end in a sec and.....they sally again. Lowe nips in and it's back to Ben for wallop 1. Throw them, we clear via Taylor. Keepr says ta and of they come again and...Ben has to palm one away after a bit of poor defending.

Buckley sallies, they clear and come back at us. Odebagio? moves forth, mic man's voice rises...and they get a throw. Corner them and we haven't even scored yet. We clear it and it ends up with their net man. They approach the ramparts and a through ball almost got through to Watson. Wheats cleared in time. Some scores then....Doidge doesn't win a throw......Henry throws, we get it back, Sammi goes, Taylor and....they clear. Back we come vie Hobbs.....O'Neil almost gets clear. Mic man talks of Bury and Tranmere?

Throw them.....Sammi blocks, Wilson tries one from a mile away. Buckley gets a free kick, Ben wallops. Free kick them now via Sammi. Mic man tells us we'e not behind yet. Sammi now and......that Odebagio gets in the sights of Jason Lowe who gets an early yellow card.

They sally, Olkowski clears, Henry gets it back. They get to our box and a deflected shot is grabbed by Ben. Some irrelevant scores, then, some chat....Doige and Buckley lose ot, Morpe darts forth and....we get more scores. Doige uosets the ref and gets spoken to. Some fancy handles, then a bit of this and that before Taylor gets a throw. Mic man not sounding too optimistic right now. Ben steps in for a wallop. Our men are geting the worse of the muscle battles. They try, Lowe sets Sammi off. Doidge gives one away as mic man chats to some young lady in the box. Then.....Bentley takes the kick . Doige....and then....Olkowski gives one away, another yellow? Free kick then and.....(the sun has gone down, says mic man) and they win a corner....again.
And......a short one, Benrama? ....we clear twice and....Doidge heads clear. Throw us now.

Benrama get free, beats two and...Ben has to deflect it for a corner....again..Doidge clears, they come at us with all guns and who do they think they are? Come on Bolton, it's Brentford not Barcelona....

Chit chat in the mic box, then Ben clears the lines. They have it, send it back to Ben and.....he feeds Sammi....Doidge...Sammi and....we get a shot in and a homer cons the ref (apparently). They sally and.....to and fro. They ....we get some scores. They have another free kick. 29 free kicks and 17 corners to them and we have two yellow cards. Pretty even so far.
