I think the twiitersphere understanding was with a winder against you, you can't take monies for future services (only ones that had already been delivered) - so they had to go from "in advance" to "in arrears"...Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 3:40 pmAlso. Is Ken 'saving money' by delaying taking the ST payments. There is a bank charge on the card use. Has he calculated that by delaying paying the charge from the start to the end of the month he has by some very inventive method actually saved himself some dosh....?

Hope you are right regarding the court.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 3:34 pm
The court will do exactly the same as it did last time. The time of danger will be when the EFL have no more skin in the game, i.e. after the season has ended.
If there is no buyer by then (which I think likely) it's a tossup as to whether we get liquified or Ken still keeps managing to keep us going on the basis in his own mind he has a pay day due sometime in the future.
Wages are due on 30th, we have to pay the people (caterers, police, matchday staff etc) to get the games on on the 6th and 9th. Keeping us going is going to cost Ken a lot of money, which it is not clear he has.

Theory I saw was that if he took money ahead of potential liquidation he was at risk of being liable as it might be deemed he was knowingly trading insolvently....Worthy4England wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 4:18 pmI think the twiitersphere understanding was with a winder against you, you can't take monies for future services (only ones that had already been delivered) - so they had to go from "in advance" to "in arrears"...Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 3:40 pmAlso. 1 * 6 and 2 * 3. It's in effect the same thing.

If K.A has any form of option he should take it and leave. This is too ridiculous to be true because it's obvious we're thinking club and he's thinking self. I really want to be wrong like everybody else, but I can see this ending badly.

I'm not sure this is correct. In his most recent missive, Kenny said:
The Club has earlier communicated that season ticket holders who bought their tickets on direct debit, will have their delayed March payment deducted on Friday 29 March. April's direct debits will be collected as usual next week.
But, I guess it depends on whether you believe what he says.

He does seem fairly confident something is going to be resolved before the winder / at the winder... In which case April's payments could come out as planned coz there's no longer a winder?TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 8:10 pmLost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2019 4:25 pmAh! I see. Ah! That'll get things moving. MPs are really good at breaking an impasse.

Bizarre:
I desperately want that secret email to the staff to be straight up.
I can't help reading it as; To the staff; "If you don't get your wages, it aint my fault". To the bidder(s); "You need to up your offer to win this race".
Crossing everything.
