I'll be delighted if we still exist. Bassini:The EFL is aware of further comments being made this morning regarding the ownership of Bolton Wanderers and remains in contact with representatives from both the club and Mr Bassini.
The EFL’s role is to ensure any individual looking to acquire control meets the requirements of the League’s Regulations, which includes providing information to demonstrate the source and sufficiency of funding.
We remain available to the parties to assist where we can.
I also served, because of his behaviour (Ken Anderson), a specific performance, which means he will have to complete that share. I will deal with the EFL, I will sort that out. I have provided that we have the money to draw down but they want it in a certain format. We have no problem with that.
The people up there are terrified. A lot of them phone me, they are crying, they are not getting paid. I have spoke to Kier Gordon, who is the trustee for the late Eddie Davies’s family, and if I let him (Anderson) continue the way he is, he’s running everything into the ground. Nothing is getting paid. He doesn’t care about this club. He is trying to find someone else so he can get more money.

Just listened to this on Talksport...The man it totally clueless - he's putting the £14m down to a couple of things. Having to provide proof he can fund for 2 years ops costs and "There's a charge on the Club...and another charge....and maybe another charge...". None of that was particularly hidden - you can find that out from fcuking Company's House....
Please Lord, feck this man in the head a bit more so we can try and get him fcuking certified.

That's a bit harsh. Dave Rich says he's ok. Well at least Laurence says he does....Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2019 12:22 pmhttps://talksport.com/football/efl/5370 ... on-a-liar/

Re: Ken Anderson - New Owner (Definitely. For Now ..... )
It should be Anderson's call - he's running the Club (allegedly)...If he thinks there were "safety issues" with him attending games because folks were saying nasty things about him, he's should be positively shitting it, if he gets us liquidated, with all the nutters about.

If I saw Anderson in the street I’d give him a right good boot to the nutsack.

Bassini is pretty much peripheral to all of this - idiots (collective - thinking Michael Knighton etc) have been bidding for football clubs for years. I don't, for one second, buy Anderson being suckered in by him having a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, having got rid of a steady stream of tyre kickers down the months, by his own admission.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2019 2:52 pmWhat would you do to Bassini? For a mere peripheral he's been making a big enough splash. He may well be convenient to Ken, doesn't justify the Fxcker telling total porkies and making out he'd be the Big Saviour.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2019 3:01 pmBassini is pretty much peripheral to all of this - idiots (collective - thinking Michael Knighton etc) have been bidding for football clubs for years. Agreed. Bassini is a pretty unwelcome and bizarre side story to all of this but ultimately hasn’t put us in this position and won’t be getting us out of it. He’s certainly stirred things up a bit, but beyond a bit of mischief he’s caused little has changed as a result of him.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2019 3:01 pmBassini is pretty much peripheral to all of this - idiots (collective - thinking Michael Knighton etc) have been bidding for football clubs for years. Re: Ken Anderson - New Owner (Definitely. For Now ..... )
This is now starting to look very, very grim indeed. A long weekend punctuated by the misery of a heavy away defeat along with constant negative press is the last thing we needed. Any monied people in distant parts of the world, who were lined up but not fully committed, will have their will to remain involved tested to the max.
Ken is committed to going over the edge and Bassini's continuing clown show is a real problem. It is like a fog coming over when we needed maximum vision to shoot out the tyres.
The Davies family and Michael James remain our only hope, but this is no time to be trigger shy. There may be some sense in not pulling the admin trigger today when nothing really can happen till Tuesday, but they need to do it Tuesday if they remain in a position to do so, or I fear the end.

None would be nice! Would be nice to support a football team again rather than a soap opera (and one of those mental Mexican ones you see in American sitcoms at that).
