A plea to Michael James
Just accept it and get it over the line for the club 😔

EFL now threatening expulsion. If deal not done by Tuesday 5pm they will likely reinstate the countdown clock to expulsion.

All this "it's Kunty Ken's fault" is pure bollocks. It's total fantasy. Kunty Ken has no leverage on the situation!!! What's he gonna do, shout and scream? It's not in his hands and hasn't been since May.
The real villains of this piece now are FV. They're the ones fxcking about, and have been for months now.

The truly outstanding fxcking irony here is that I can see Bury getting saved come Tuesday and us getting kicked out.

This is totally wrong. As a secured creditor on both club and hotel he has to agree to the deal. He has to sign off and release his debentures and agree to any new deal on those with revised security.

The deal is agreed all round then one or other creditor messes round last minute and wants changes to their security, deal is revised, rinse and repeat ad nauseum. They are playing games. End of.

He's a major creditor in the hotel deal and can decline an offer for as long as he wants.

And the only way you can force it through without secureds is to risk ongoing legal action for years. Something the admins and FV cannot and must not risk.

It wouldn’t be as bad if the issues were about money. They aren’t at least not in the foreground. It’s a game. But nobody knows who is playing what or for why.

...and is also not quite correct, he can't decline an offer from the Administrators he's appointed fer fxcks sake. If Quantuma had any balls they'd have told him where to get fxcked. The only reason the Perfection took place is because they haven't got any cojones...

Oh feck. To be fair to the EFL this is exactly what was needed. No more fannying around. Complete or its curtains. I thought we might get a bit more notice but the date suggests they're now looking at us and Bury in exactly the same light now

It really does, as the only offer on the table is dependent on them also purchasing the hotel. There is nobody else willing to buy, other than a total fecking lunatic without two pennies to rub together!

I interpret it as us having a fortnight from Tuesday to complete a takeover if one hasn't been completed before then.

Please explain what administrator would complete without a signed deeds of release from the secured creditors?

Also a secured creditor does not have to agree to any deal. The administrator simply presents the best deal. Of the secured creditor won’t sign off then you can only proceed via court to force it and it’s not going to happen here. Nobody will complete with likelihood of years of legal challenge ahead.

If you can sort a deal for Bury with Steve dale you can sort a deal for Bolton
I’m pleased the EFL have put a clock on it - the last week has been shambolic. I suspect it needs a clock to stop the bell ends involved (Anderson et al) playing hardball.
I think (hear) Michael James is key.
Get on with it.
Stop sup king cash on the shithouses that are Rubin and partners and all the solicitors involved in this.
Get it sorted.

Yes. I understand that. The reality was they couldn't afford it, otherwise they'd have bought both by now. It's even more ironic that a consortium can't afford to buy one half of a business in which a member of the consortium is a secured creditor to the tune of £2million. It makes you wonder why they bothered to even think about it.
Just because it is the only offer on the table doesn't make it an offer that is realistic. It's not been realistic for over two months now, it's farcical, and that is purely down to Brittan, James and Thomas (Basran to give him credit bailed out as soon as the ridiculous funding farce broke cover). The fact FV can't actually afford to pay even the unsecured creditors pathetic 35 pence in the pound payment should have set alarm bells ringing - and none of that even needs the mention of Ken Anderson. Ken Anderson is Not the reason why Football Ventures (Whites) Limited haven't signed on the dotted line. The reason they haven't signed is because they don't have the funding in place to pay the Administrators the amounts that have been agreed to the creditors.

...And another fxcking thing else.
This deadline of next Tuesday. That's Bollox too. If whoever doesn't pull their finger out of their arse by next Tuesday, guess what! The EFL will throw a hissy fit and give us fourteen more days to get it sorted.
So... The EFL are giving us notice that next Tuesday they'll give us fourteen days notice that they might give us an extension to get shit done. Whoopeedoo, that's telling the cxnts!

No they don’t. Not always. They both contest amounts administrators have outlined. So that’s one point. Second point is often they aren’t paid up front or even in full.
