Played poorly once we went behind. Dapos dragged us back into after stinking the place out - good that’s what he’s there for.
Sarcevic, Doyle, Lee all pretty anonymous. Think Lachunga has been ok looks a clever footballer and linked well with Jones apart from the last pass from Gethin!
Need to mix up that forward line and get their defenders thinking a bit more. It’s winnable, but they will be saying exactly the same thing. Santos and MJ fighting lonely battles!

Didn't look like scoring in a month of Sundays until Dapo's great strike. They look most dangerous coming down our left - ie at Baptiste. Need to liven it up in midfield; as has been said, a few in there look anonymous. Doyle not getting a look in at all.

It’s a night where having a Baka or Amaeachi on the bench would be hugely advantageous. Hard to see many game changers beyond maybe Sheehan.

Don't worry lads. We're attacking the Djorkaeff Overhead Kick End, with the 888 Bolton fans. We cannot fail.

I think it’s John who is leaving the gaps - he’s certainly more attacking that Gordon. Dapo wasn’t much help either, but that Leko lad is superb as well don’t do him a disservice.TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 8:43 pmDidn't look like scoring in a month of Sundays until Dapo's great strike. From a distance this ref reminds me of Paul Gherkin

Not fully convinced with Kachunga just yet. Seems like he could be really good and other times he seems like he could be really frustrating. Got a better pedigree than Elbouzedi but I don't really see much difference between the two.

Cole Stockton puts Morecambe in front...
Interesting interswitching there. As Dapo drifted in from left to right, Doyle drifted wide right – because Kacha had gone central.

Nah, sorry Mar I can't side with that. Elbo was fast but seemed to have very little football nous. Like a modern Stuart Storer.
Kacha definitely has touch and positional intelligence, it's just that not much is coming off for him.

Referee useless. Far from convinced on Kachunga. Always slows the game down goes backwards when we could go forward. Not sure he fits us.

Gordon about to come on for John, which is a worry
Re: Will Evatt make Addick out of Adkins? Charlton (A), 7:45pm, Tuesday 28/09/21
That was my point, even if I hadn't made it very well. Both can contribute to a game but you wouldn't expected something from them on any given game. Elbo, as you say was notably faster and affected the game, Kachunga seems to have more of a footballing brain about him but in terms of general output they've both contributed about as much as each other.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 9:00 pmNah, sorry Mar I can't side with that. The presumption is that Kachunga's going to offer more given time. Prime example where he's just missed. Early days for Kachunga, so we'll see. I'm expecting better, whereas I couldn't say the same for Elbouzedi, who surprised me.
