Sunderland forum - It’s called ready to go. Always thought Sunderland fans were alright tbf, pretty self depreciating. Enjoying this though, as said earlier we’ve had some shit in the last ten years so I am enjoying this.

Not for me, Manish. Can’t abide other fans giving it the big one on here.

Although I must admit I did laugh when Sunderland fans were mocking Wycombe’s “car park sold out” tweet, saying “get us out of this tin pot division”, and a Wycombe account replied “our car park is a bit like League One - surprisingly difficult to get away from”…

Wow just wow what a performance & what an atmosphere. It actually could have been 7 or 8. The pressing, movement & intensity was excellent - the new signings where all very impressive but I thought that Santos, Johnston (his best game since early season) & Lee were also fantastic, saying that all of the players were simply outstanding, where did that performance come from !

Some S/land fans saying that it's there worst defeat ever - really ?

Oh, I'm not going to comment; but I do enjoy the turn from some of the shithousing they've done in the build up to utter despair.

I do recall some Mackems giving it the big one on here a few years ago. They'd signed some player from us (can't remember who) and some peacock-esque knob commented "We'll sign who we like from your tawdry little club". Oh you will, will you?! 😄

I don't think I've ever posted on another team's forum aside from Blackpool to post some stuff on behalf my a relative.

Honestly, the Sunderland forum is like art. So much foreshadowing.

One thing we could all learn from Sunderland's pre match stuff....you can feel like you're on top of the world an walk into a drubbing.

The lads need to stay focused for Cambridge.

Just looking up the match on who scored.

It’s analysis that Bolton favoured long balls and through balls is telling. We had less possession. Made far fewer passes. But won 6-0.

Direct football. It’s the future.

Helps when they leave the two CBs on an island with dapo and Dion! Think evatt mentioned in the post match interview they'd be daft not to exploit that.

The Jones goal. The BBC match report says it took a deflection (who off :conf: ?) And the commentator said the didn't hit it cleanly. I thought he picked his spot and finished with aplomb :?

Helps when we have so much pace too.

But yeah no idea what Sunderland were doing or thinking. Suspect they came expecting us to tippy tappy it about and set up with the high press ala Wigan and Rotherham. Except this time we just went over the top and they couldn’t deal with it.

Couldn’t believe my eyes when Sunderland second half kept their tactically disastrous system either.

Djblu posted the goals a few pages back bruce, it doesn't look deflected but I don't think he hits it clean either; it just seemed to travel slower than expected.
