Feel like that’s it. Evatt should have started Lee for this. I suspect he’s an eye on Tuesday but feels a lightweight midfield against Wycombe is asking for trouble.

If we're prioritising a trip to Wembley over the league, then I suspect we have our priorities wrong.
That team is more than capable of getting a result. What's lacking is quality. The amount of piss poor passes and punting is horrendous.
Wondered what Bradley coming back might do but could we trust Declan on the left with his limited game time?
Just feels like we're going to get humped because of the defence on the wings.

Vic has not been great. Some proper poor passing.

Tough one because Shola cannot play in the cup so can sort of understand it. The team though for me without that midfield buffer of Lee behind Shola just is too lightweight.DJBlu wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 4:06 pmBWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 3:58 pmFeel like that’s it. Pointless push from Shola...
Re: Wycombe in peace, Wycombe (A) 3pm 18/02/23
We're playing right into their hands.
Victor is doing cock all up top as is Dion. Unless we find some cohesion up top we're going to just continue defending for 45 mins.

Ups and downs of this league innit. Feels like we had an away formula and changing it today hasn’t helped. Mind you all very well these people saying play football. You’ve got to be able to win the battle first and that’s been the issue. We aren’t equipped for a battle against a side that really knows its stuff today.

That's not great. Looked like Demps immediately grabbed his foot...
Re: Wycombe in peace, Wycombe (A) 3pm 18/02/23
I've got a poor memory but this feels like our worst performance of the season. And now Dempsey is injured,
f in great.

The nightmare day now. Injury. Everyone winning. Losing. Not turned up.
Maybe we are a worse side with Bradley?

Yeah if you go and play a decent side away from home and let them win the battles you will lose. And we are.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 4:41 pmThere were a few before Chrimbo..Oxford, FGR, Cheltenham...these are a decent side and are winning their 1 on 1s more often than not...

I doubt very much indeed, we'd have been 4 up, had we started with last weeks team. Wycombe have been better today in pretty much all departments..BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 4:36 pmThe nightmare day now. Injury. Everyone winning. Losing. Not turned up.
