I literally couldn’t care less how we play if we win.
We’ve won in very trying circumstances. And results have all gone our way.
Breathe again.
Also MJ >>>>>>Mbete. It’s not even close. And MJ is no centre half. But he’s our best bet till we get one fit regardless of Mbete’s availability.

Huge credit to MJ today, it was a massive ask and he passed with flying colours. Sheehan, Bradley, Dion, Johnson and Trafford also excellent the rest... not so much.

Thirded. Always liked MJ. He’s a proper pro. But probably today is the most important display he’s shown us.

Rare I say this but ‘come on Accrington’. If they can beat Peterborough on Tuesday then Peterborough have Ipswich and Barnsley left in two of their three. Could mean the points total required is 75-76.

I go so far to say we'd not have won that had Mbete been there instead.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2023 5:15 pmThirded. Always liked MJ. He’s a proper pro. But probably today is the most important display he’s shown us.

We won. Still playing with the handbrake on imo, we're so much better than this but..we won.

Yeah it’s pretty clear. MJ isn’t a natural but he’s experienced and reads the game. Mbete as I said last week is a lovely sounding lad but shouldn’t be anywhere near these games - he’s just not ready.LeverEnd wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2023 5:17 pmI go so far to say we'd not have won that had Mbete been there instead.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2023 5:15 pmThirded. I think Oxford will be kicking themselves as that was criminal they didn't get at least a point. Sign of a good side vs bad side.
We have Charles. They don't.

If they’d started the game better I’m not sure it matters who we have. But they didn’t. And it did. They are a much better side than their league position. Criminal they are down there.

That's a relief after getting stuck in traffic outside the airport. A win is a win so on to the next game

If their aunt had wheels, she'd be a bike. There's games we win that we were second best in, there's games we've lost and been better. Over the course on the season, we're currently where we deserve to be and likely so are they.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2023 5:30 pmIf they’d started the game better I’m not sure it matters who we have. In short, playing away from home with two main central defenders, Club captain, star striker and a first teamer (Iredale) all missing and you get an early goal in front against a team desperately trying to avoid demotion. What do you do? As long as they don't score we get a clean sheet and three points. Hard work and risky as it is, that's what determines how we play. Like I said before the game, the lads are professionals and pleasing the fans isn't a priority against winning. They did...No contest.
Well done Whites...

Nah. I’d take a point now.
