The problem is Moeen is too hurt to really bowl. Stokes is grimacing every ball. Fully fit and I think we’d win this easily. But we are just too limited. Shame they don’t have subs in cricket. 5 overs from Wood might do.

Australia played well but Stokes has to take the blame there. The idea of trying to bounce out tailenders may have worked first innings but was never the right play today. A brilliant test and let’s be honest we are a fit bowling attack away from winning it comfortably. But thems the breaks.

Lords next. And we always lose there. So that’s the Ashes done.
