More time to reflect on that 5-2 defeat, extra prep for the Blackpool double header.

4-3-3?
Scratch that, see Ogbete is in there. Looks like our formation.

It's the side that most expected. Maybe warranted a start for CMG, but aside from that it's good.
It's as strong a side as we can put out given the newbies take time to get up to speed. Hopefully the fact we've got a relatively familiar side should do us some good in terms of bedding the likes of Ogbeta and Collins in. Coleman despite not having much game time in the league is an interesting one, supposed he may still be considered bedding in, but i'd argue he's here enough to know whats required of him.
Taylor, Ramsay, Ashworth, Sheehan, CMG, Adeboyejo and Bodvarsson on the bench is a good bench.
Big night for Morley to stake a claim. He missed out last week when the match was called off so tonight's as good a night as he can expect. From what i've seen he's often one that is a shrinking violet in the tough physical games, i'm hoping he's learning enough to get through those and really make an impact.

No place in the squad for Forrester or Jerome. Barring a week off for the neck/back thing, I make that the first time Uncle Cam has been out of the 18 since Good Friday – the game after Wembley.
I expected Maghoma/Demps as the free 8s but I'm slightly surprised Sheehan's been rotated. Also slightly worried we've only got the one biggun-at-the-back but maybe Ian, like Worthy, is more worried about second balls.
Big chance for Ogbeta and of course Collins.

Posh-Vale called off for waterlogged pitch. Other relevant games, all 7.45 ko like us:
Portsmouth-Cambridge
Exeter-Derby
Shrewsbury-Barnsley
Stevenage host Bristol Rovers but Stevenage are 6pts behind from a game more.

I might rotate the right window to the south coast.

Hmm, I'm having issues accessing the stream. I've paid but it says 'Subscription required'. Weird.

Expecting Wycombe to come out and press high and put us under pressure. Lets hope nothing silly from the referee in terms of decision making.
The way we've started seems to have us crying out for a decent out ball, or a decent target man that can hold the ball up top, not necessarily because it helps our plan a, but more to prevent the opposition from setting up with the press high approach.

Not a good start for Coleman's nerves.
