Ridiculous pass from Maghoma. I know he partially slipped, but the lack of pace on it. He needs to sort that complacency out very quickly. Add to that the one straight out of play and the leg-breaker to Sheehan. The simple things he is not doing well.

Still angry we're even playing this game tonight. Hubristic decision.

Eyes on our old friend, Kachunga, for the first yellow

That's the trouble with Maghoma, really impressive or really frustrating.BorsdaneWhite wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 8:00 pmRidiculous pass from Maghoma. Similar to Sheehan of old. Sheehan sorted it out and looks impressive pretty much every week now.

Would like to see Dempsey and Maghoma swap sides.

Another yellow for Sheehan. He’s surely nearing a suspension.

That's harsh on Sheehan. Booked for a tackle he gets every game. He did give off the impression he was guilty so I think maybe that's played into the refs thinking.

That's a soft precedent there, ref.

IDK i immediately thought yellow. It’s the sort of jabbing motion makes it look bad. I see why some might think it’s soft but if it were our player getting that movement toward them we’d be off the couch.

Wouldn’t be one at this stage of the match, or with the current score, I’d be apoplectic about. If the score was reversed, to clarify.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 8:10 pmIDK i immediately thought yellow. It’s the sort of jabbing motion makes it look bad. feck me this is a depressing watch. Two shite teams slugging it out. Feels like a relegation battle.

Another half-hour that feels more like failure than triumph
Need to prove we are better than this

No intention to injure the player, definite free kick, bad tackling technique but nothing that I would've expected a yellow.HMX wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 8:11 pmWouldn’t be one at this stage of the match, or with the current score, I’d be apoplectic about. Decent build up play by JDB, Dempsey and Ogbeta there to to get the ball to JDB.
JDC easy ball to JDB there and we score like last match.
