Between the lines. Home to Reading, Sat 21st Sept/ 3'oclock.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

It’s not so much the performance it’s the attitude. Into tackles and hitting the box / channels so much quicker.

Totally agree.

I can cope with losing when they're playing with this level of commitment and intent as it's shown they've tried to the best of their ability.

Usually performance levels like this go hand in hand with decent results.

3-0 Charles.

Difference is massive in terms of attitude.

It's like we're playing against ourselves from last week. Get in!

Christ reading are bad
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

What a goal - well done Toal. Absolutely made that by committing and being direct.

There's definitely an element of us kicking them when they're down.

But it feels like we need this.

I get the impression that no matter who we played today we were in for a dedicated performance. Sadly for Reading it's us catching them when they're struggling.
