London Crawleying. An away Clash with Crawley Town, Sat 28th of Sept. 12-30.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Finding it a bit odd that Baxter's wearing a cap. Can't remember a time where we've had a goalie wearing a cap before.

This Crawley side is very much using our playbook from the looks of it

Dempsey justifies his start. Good lad.
Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill!

And the key to a result is a good :kettle:

Great clearance by JDC there. Lads got quite a bit of criticism in the past few weeks, so its nice to see a moment like that.

Shame the cameramen prefer the replay over whats actually happening on the pitch. Keep up lads.

Given they're playing how we usually play, it would seem prudent to adopt the press that caused us all the problems against Huddersfield.

There's a hell of a lot of punting the ball forward. Don't particularly mind that providing we're finding a man up there. Seems a tad aimless at the minute rather than hitting the likes of Adeboyejo.

We've been crying out for them not to fanny about at the back too much so seeing a change is nice. We're just missing a foil for getting the ball to stay up top.

That Thommo battle is nice to see. A good combative game in the offing.

Go on Evatt! Get those yellow cards for showing you care.

Oh I dunno. Showing some pashun, giving up possession and knocking it long. Some'll love it. :D

We're on 27% possession but winning. Such mixed emotions.

Last time one was staring into the sun, I'd guess.

Crawley are playing good football without being particularly dangerous. Famous last words of course.

You can hear Thommo shouting "Victor, yes" turns inside and loses possession. Ball out wide ffs.

My thoughts exactly.

I'd argue they've been the better side in all but the goalscoring. We've been sloppy but determined. Hopefully the quality will shine through.

This is the sort of grinding out a result we need. Dogged.

27% possession or not, I won't have a single complaint if it stays like this. There's the argument against we can only play one way.

Yeah, Vic's not had the best of half. He's started getting more into it, but his passing hasn't been on point. Played Charles in a second ago which was good, but generally just a bit off so far this half.
