London Crawleying. An away Clash with Crawley Town, Sat 28th of Sept. 12-30.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

How many times are we going to hear "...is brought down by Williams"?

Getting nothing out of these officials.
I don't like this but it is nice that we've got it in the tool box.

That linesman on the right is a prick.

Referee letting them keep pulling us over with no cards.

Matete for Thomason, Collins for Charles would be my subs now.

Good ol' Ronan Darcy coming to Thomason's defence there breaking up a potential ruckus. He's a good egg..

Jesus wept ref. Shocking call against Charles there.

Sounds like we’re going to be forced to watch Toal on the left hand side again, might go back out!!

Could be an exodus of Georges if we play safe with Johnston.

The current score also helps!
I'm thrilled that we're winning. As I am with any result that has us in front. But it's funny to me that a 1-0 lead when we've been dominated on the ball, had to hit on the counter, resorting to going long, gets praised by certain quarters. Whereas I've seen 1-0 Wanderers leads where we've been patient, in command, controlling possession, criticised as boring.

I'd come with you if I weren't working

weird that JDC is seen as a possible left wingback but not left centreback

mind, it's also weird Toal is seen as a possibleo left centreback despite years of evidence

If we had even a semi competent wing back who can actually run it would be a lot better.

I had two wishes for this season. Promotion, and never seeing Toal line up on the left hand side of a back 3!

Even the explanation came across as 'how dare you turn your defender'

I think its down to effort levels.

We're winning this because we've applied ourselves and fought for a result.

Different story when we're just passing it around at the back. Often the case of we're not winning because we've not applied ourselves. Can't fault the effort levels today. Could possibly fault the application, but can't fault their effort.

Vic looking knackered.

Surely Charles & Vic coming off with McAtee and Collins coming on. Vic a little bit off today, but a lot of what has worked has come through him.

Matete aswell i'd imagine.

Thought Charles has done well with what little he's been given today.

Because we’ve created chances and looked a threat. Not looked like a side who is knocking it about rather than trying to create chances. Possession is a totally meaningless statistic. Possession is a negative if you aren’t creating anything with it.

Aye. Is it harder to sub George now he's captain? Daft not to when he's on a yellow in a niggly game with a callow ref.

Or, as the commentator keeps calling him, Adeyemo.
