... in 11 home games (all comps), we've scored 5 first-half goals - but 4 were against Reading. Nine times we've reached the oranges without scoring. Under the circs I think the home crowd has been quiet patient.

Make that 10 blanks in 12 home first halves. And this time, it's loud boos from a sparse crowd.

We've seen 7 goals scored in the first half of matches this season, 8 if you include the cups.

That's 7 goals from 23 games (1035 mins and only 7 goals, 0.3 per half), THREE of those came in the Reading game.

The fans are right to boo, its not good enough these first half performances. Sure we might get a tune in the second half, but not before giving ourselves a mountain to climb.
