High Noon Cover up. V Rotherham away Sat 11th Jan 12-30.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

You can drag it out and out and out, or just take some responsibility and pull the plaster off.

A midfielder that doesn’t like contact was just what we were looking for. We’ve not got any of those

Team of strangers very poorly coached and badly set up (crying out for Matete IMO), as usual a complete lack of intensity - midfield getting overrun and the defence is a shambolic mess.

Thomason wtf ?

We're light once again in midfield. How many times have they received the ball with a back to goal, then been allowed to turn and lay it off. There's a huge hole in the centre where we need a Campo type figure to sit. He's not going to change it though and the season is getting away from us.

Yeah but 56% possession. What could possibly go wrong?

She was right to hire him, but she shoulda fired him.

Not sure why I thought we might win today. We haven't won consecutive league games since October... and then we lost 5-0 at Stockport.

Promotion? Pipe-dream.

45 minutes to prove we're not complete wimps. We're getting bullied off the ball all over the field. Change nothing in midfield and defence, just remind them they're getting paid for this rubbish. A dodgy penalty and free shot doesn't excuse rubbish....and that's what we're serving up. I've never been in a job yet where I wouldn't have got the sack for poor work. Stand up or go.

Santos got a foot on the ball for their penalty. Might be why the ref said no. The linesman called the penalty, assume referee gave the yellow because he knew Santos played the ball?

Imagine playing as horrifically bad as Randal Williams just did and barely even getting a mention because others are worse.

There was a time when we could defend, I'm sure I remember that. I think we had a record number of clean sheets or something like that, 1 goal short of the best defence in the league.

I hate this.

Don't think the pen was dodgy. He mighta got something on the ball, but through the back of the attacker. Pen all day long for me...

Looks clear as day from most angles. Can't be reliant on VAR in this league.

I suspect second half we'll do more of the same, but possibly quicker. Same subs as per usual with Evatt.

Getting bossed around the park and the opposition want it more. Some decent moments, but all just a case of history repeating.

Stockport away and then an international break immediately after that match was the ideal time to part ways with Evatt.

No chance we're going up. Zero. Zilch.

Even if this side defy all logic and scrape into the top 6, it would be absolutely demolished by any of the other sides in the playoffs right now.

Faith at an all time low.
