Not a Leap Year, who says so? Away to Reading , Sat, Feb 1st 3-0'clock.

Not a Leap Year, who says so? Away to Reading , Sat, Feb 1st 3-0'clock.

Post by TANGODANCER » Wed Jan 29, 2025 12:28 pm

According to Calendar rules 2026 isn't a February Leap Year, but a whole horde of Bolton supporters can't wait to disagree where league progress is concerned. A two-hundred and a bit trip southwards awaits on Saturday with the possibility of a managerial change to boot. Common sense says Julian Darby is right in saying the job isn't for him and the recent photograph of him shows why in terms of his family love and commitment being his priority. Long may he be One of our own.!

So, to The Royals then, who despite a recent sticky patch, lurk only three points drift of us and a Bolton Scalp at home must be high on the agenda. Who do we have to watch and who will we watch them with? All the lads seem newly fired up and competition for places will be question One so I'm posting this early to bridge the gap to " When Saturday Comes " ......Go forth.. :Jedi:

I wish I could join you, but I'm on a three-line whip to attend a family party.

They've lost three on the bounce, but have a good home record (27 pts from 12 games), so I'd be happy with a point.

Are you sure with our new manager and 100% record, we're not now on HMS Pisstheleague? Asking for a friend...

Can't make this one due to work, which is a bit gutting.

Weird to be going there with a lot of positivity around getting a result.

Love it.

Haven't you heard? There is no new manager. The board thought they could get another club to pay his wages, but it turns out that's not how it works. Amateurs!

Missing it this time. Last years game was Evatts time with us in microcosm. Started well, played some good stuff but only took one of the chances we created. 2nd half started badly, got worse and we didn't create a chance worthy of the title.

A point would be great. 3 would be amazing but probably too much, even with SJD still at the helm.

Flip flopped on whether to attend this one many times over the past few weeks, but of course I am now very much IN.

Unfortunately my wife and daughter are going to this, so it’s going to be a defeat.

I apologise. I tried to stop them.

Might have to upgrade to a corner sofa in the future but for now you'll have to break out the emergency chairs

I've hit the age where you take a seat/use the loo etc whenever the opportunity presents itself :D
