That from Sheehan sums us up. Slow. Lazily chips a ball to absolutely nobody out of play. With no pressure on him. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Keeper up for a corner. Absolute scenes if he scores.

We've been the better side, arguably, but lack of clinical shooting and poor defence will cost us.
Re: A tall order. Away to Blackpool , Saturday Mar 29th 3-0' clock.
Another typical Bolton display. Cheers Evatt.
This team is nowhere near promotion. I think Schumacher has got a big job on his hands.
Players need replacing. They aren't good enough or are too much of a luxury.
Defensively we're a joke. So much so that when we keep a clean sheet it's due to a monster effort. It should be bread and butter.

Turned off, what did I miss?
Re: A tall order. Away to Blackpool , Saturday Mar 29th 3-0' clock.
Yellow turned to red for Morley.
There's other games that we've played in the last few matches that should've had a red card, and they got the benefit of the doubt.
Can't blame the ref for that one but its just giving off the impression it's not in our favour. FFS, Morley missing for Wigan now.

This - it's so obvious to many, a complete clear out is required in the summer, its been another Evatt like performance.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 4:42 pmWe need a summer and we need a lot of personnel changes. People keep letting this team flatter to deceive but there is a consistent pattern with them. When it really matters they revert to type and lose.
Lack of bottle. Lack of physicality and lack of real grit.
Three defeats in a row if thats what this becomes at this level for Bolton wanderers is shocking. Blackpool aren’t that good either. We are I’m afraid nowhere near promotion with these players. Nowhere near. And won’t be next season unless Schuey is properly backed. And Sharon has only herself to blame for this. So she better rustle up some investors.
There isn't any one player that I would be gutted if they left, they could all go every fecking one of them - they are all just so spineless & mentality weak - I actually feel sorry for Schumacher inheriting this bag of shite.
but, but, but we beat Birmingham....! at least Dave will be happy with his heroes.

A lot of sideways and backwards today.
Three straight defeats. Any idea of this being easy for Schumacher have just gone out the window.

Miserable result from a truly miserably awful performance. And that fits into a thoroughly miserable season. Can’t wait for it to be over. Top 6 completely gone now and who’d want to get there with these bottlers?
We need big big big changes.

Hmmm, might be rescinded on appeal then.dave the minion wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 5:00 pmRef booked Morley (correctly), then invoked his own version of VAR and changed his mind and cancelled the yellow and sent him straight off ...
Can't say I'm surprised. feck knows why these referees hate us.

Have no issue with Baxter. Johnstone. Collins. Morley. Cogley. We build round those. The rest I’m afraid aren’t it in the main. Sorry but that’s just the reality. We’ve spent a lot of money on some of these players and a few are beyond a disgrace for the fee we spent.Bertie Wooster wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 4:59 pmThis - it's so obvious to many, a complete clear out is required in the summer, its been another Evatt like performance.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 4:42 pmWe need a summer and we need a lot of personnel changes. They didn’t show a good angle but not sure what grounds we can appeal on unless there was clear cover in behind. Definite foul and player was running through on goal. I think there was probably cover but not that would render a clear mistake for an appeal.DJBlu wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 5:02 pmHmmm, might be rescinded on appeal then.dave the minion wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 5:00 pmRef booked Morley (correctly), then invoked his own version of VAR and changed his mind and cancelled the yellow and sent him straight off ...
