Here Wycombe again. At home to the other Wanderers. V the high flyers, Friday 18th Apr, 3-0 Clock.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Wrexham losing at home to Bristol Rovers....
Cat amongst the pigeons if Stockport and Charlton win and we get a result.

Very cagey, this. If there's a goal in this I suspect it'll be the winner.

Looked like a foul on the half way line there. Same exact foul near our box and its given. FFS ref.
SJM saying that he went down too easily. Hardly.
I think that SJM is right. Push the defender and then peel off and run in behind. Instead McAtee was fouled and he was looking for the free kick. It was a foul, but its McAtee hoping the ref will do him a favour rather than taking the decision off the ref and trying to peel in behind.

Still, a foul is a foul so it should've been given.

Is it their last five results have all been binary (0-0, 0-1 or 1-0)?

McAtee has been awful since coming on. Expect him to score soon.

I really want to like him but it often seems to me he's got no positional awareness at all

It could be tactical - that Schumacher wants his two 10s in the 'half-spaces' (inside-forward zones in old money) rather than out wide - but it feels like we're hitting a wall caused by having too many in the central channels and not enough options out wide

Well. Not overly impressed with Wycombe, we've probably had the better here, but theres nothing in it.

Like watching paint dry that.

Can't fault the effort though, and GT & Matete have been decent, but we are so toothless upfront. More fans at the bar than in the stands. I haven't got a clue where McAtee is playing and Lolos is playing as a CF !

Lololololololos

Dire first half all round. Feels very end of season half hearted. You’d think Wycombe would be a bit more interested though.

Tell you what Mr Baxter, why not try kicking a couple straight down the middle instead of row 6.
