'None of the above': Who's your player of the year 2024/25?
I know, they're not fit to burn, give it to Jules, etc and so on. But if we must have a tallest dwarf aka Player Of The Year, who would it be? Nominees listed in decending order of league minutes played, out of interest and to make a fair cutoff. (Sorry, Joel and Klaidi.)

If Joel got it, it might improve his selling price...

He’s been a revelation. Too good for this league. Premier league bound.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 5:27 pmIf Joel got it, it might improve his selling price...

Two contenders for me. JDC and Morley.
JDC edges it as Morleys only been here for half a season, although that's no fault of his own. Thomason deserves a nod being the newbie captain and still delivering good effort levels despite not being at his best.
Everyone else has played well in moments and been shocking in others.
Still. Good effort should be appreciated and lack of effort criticised.

You might be in for the TW end of season award for "most names suggested for PoTY."Mar wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 5:37 pmTwo contenders for me. JDC and Morley.

I'll take being the positive one. POTY is very much a tallest dwarf competition at the moment.
Now an award for who shirked responsibility the most would be an interesting one

I mean it's Collins

Gone for Thommo. Never fault him for effort, even when it doesn't come off.
Honorable mention for JDC.

We might see him next year with Cardiff. If we're owt like this year, we'll be letting him score and he'll be trying to miss itDave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 7:01 pmHa - or the shortest giantMar wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 6:20 pmAlso known as the Kion Etete award.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 6:12 pmGo for it (but not on this thread)BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 5:57 pmJDC and it’s not close.

If we are owt like this year we will give him a fair few goes. Whilst McAtee steals a living at t’other end. So let’s hope not.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 7:12 pmWe might see him next year with Cardiff. JDC takes it for me. Probably as close as we got to a consistent performer, but even he wasn’t great at the start of the season.

Players’ Player of the Year was Morley, who wasn’t here for half of it.
