Do Saturdays get any better??????????????

I'm heading out with my pals for a day of dancing, singing, screaming and topped off with seducing wee Markie.... Come on Saturday....
Gertie, my missus and her mate are going, and they reckon they are gonna get Mark, so you might have to go earlier.

ps-I am hiding a device in her bag timed to go off when any 4ft tall homosexual faded boy band nobber is near.
It's too late Batman, he's locked in the cellar already, drugged and waiting for the blender.(Note the "L" in that word)

Commie, you seem a bit keen on Wee Markie's liver. I don't think you should be sticking it in a blender though. You might want to try the following recipe:

Fegato alla Lechter con i fagioli di fava

Recipe Ingredients

* 1 ½ pounds liver
* 4 ounces fava beans, boiled
* 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
* 1 tablespoon white wine
* Salt
* Pepper
* Parsley

Preparation Instructions

* Boil fava beans until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
* Slice into very thin strips the liver (trimmed)
* Heat in heavy pan over medium heat 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
* Add in the fava beans.
* Cook 3-4 minutes until beans turn golden.
* Scrape beans onto a plate. Add 1 additional tablespoon oil to pan and heat over medium heat. Add liver and salt and pepper to taste. Raise heat to high and cook about 3 minutes (cook until the liver just loses its pink color, but do not overcook!)
* Return fava beans to the pan and add 1 tablespoon white wine.
* Stir until beans have been heated through for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Apparently a cheeky Italian Pinot Grigio, rather than a Chianti Classico, is the recommended accompaniment.

So let me see if I've managed to get the hang of this incredibly new and somewhat perplexing concept.

Gertie - Take That are brill
TW - No they're not, they're bobbins
Gertie - I love Mark Owen
TW - But he's a puff.

Then repeat ad infinitum.

Am I close? :roll:

I saw them in Atlantic City in February. I am going to go see them play the Patriot's NFL stadium next month. I am very excited!

In the interests of parity, would anybody object if I were to recommend to the house a fantastic , yet pretty much unheard of British band by the name of Clayhill?

If you're interested in creativity, musical abilility, originality and acoustic beauty coupled with outstanding all round dexterity and a guy with one of the finest voices I've heard in years (imo), rather than stadium filling, manufactured pap (also imo), then you may want to listen out for them.

Go knock yourself out, but if it's shiny, poppy stuff that you're after then leave well alone.

Their first offering, 'The connection has timed out', leaves a lot to be desired.

Mental note - must be more patient in future.

Excellent website/design. Liked the music but was put off a bit by the singing style (just a personal point of view). Certainly well worth a listen, pop pickers.
