They remind me of Leeds United, ie - they take everybody else's cast-offs.

I sincerely 'ope they go down, and are knocked out of the UEFA by a pub team from Ukraine, after they take 3,000,000 to the away game, cos they are 'salt of the irf fans' y'see.

Cocks.

Thats a good bit of business, he can play both left back and right back. Full backs where we're lacking depth, if he was going that cheaply then Sam should have got in.

Within six months the "meejah" will have him down as a Cockney sparrer, pearly king, product of the West Ham Academy.

Was thinking the same myself.

Should the self-proclaimed "Academy of Football" be throwing out full backs more often than jellied eels or pie & mash?

It's no wonder they can afford to overspend if they're getting a million quid for sh!te like this. Didn't this chap have an absolute shocker against us when we battered them?

(from BBC website) "Coventry boss Micky Adams has sealed the £1m signing of central defender Elliott Ward from West Ham."

Elliot Ward was dreadful. They would have been better playing Elliot Ness.

I remember writing at the time that his performance was possibly the worst I've ever witnessed.

I'm sure there have been other poor ones that I've been present for but sometimes an individual performance passes you by. In this guys case he was simply, simply not up to it.

Your taking the piss, right? This guy's no more a footballer than John Prescott. The worst defender I've ever seen, and I've seen some badduns!

Think he's talking about Spector more than Elliott Ward.

Looks pretty solid to me. And yes, I was on about Spector as opposed to Elliot Ward.
