Cheryl Tweedys Boyfriends Book
Petulent little bastard. He thinks Arsenal are petty for holding out for £5k a week less. That's only £1m over a four year deal. Had a little strop at Dein at the Bolton match when he was dropped and general comes across as a spoilt brat.
The purpose of this book is a mystery. Arsenal fans won't care, Chelsea fans won't and fans in general will be happier not needing another reason to think footballers are overpaid and over pampered

Book writing is part of a footballers income these days. It's more a case of find a footballer or manager who hasn't written one and every one is about the great "I am". After all, if Wayne Rooney can....etc. I can never undestand why people buy them. They're all written by ghost writers anyway. There's more interest in the Yellow Pages.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?
or the other side...
if it were only five grand , why didnt arsenal give him it ??
i'll bet if the arsenal hierarchy need it to pay for the directors 3rd home in foriegn place , they'd give it to themselves...
no difference, both r dicks with too much money with paradoxical (?) arguements ,
and , i'll bet theyd shoved it in theirry's pockets when he wanted to go...

Er, that's five grand a week, by the way. That's an additional £260,000 per annum on top of the £2.86 million per annum that they were offering to pay him.a1 wrote:or the other side...

i
How much do you earn a week? (That's a rhetorical question, of course.)

Cole really is a prick.
This lot shows him in his true light & that he is the worst sort of the modern celeb-footballer.
Whenever someone says something like I'm about to we get the "you can't wish that on a person", but really, really ... I'd be delighted to see some Arsenal player (well, ANYONE to be honest) snap the little feckers leg in 3 places.
You know the really good thing ? His missus is, sooner rather than later, going to dump him & do a Ray Parlour on him & skin him for half of his ill-gotten.
The only bad thing about that is that it means Cheryl Tweedy will then pocket a totally undeserved wad of cash.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

i know 5k x 52 is quarter of a mill ish x 4/6/8years...
i hate that footballers are on milion$ , its just the gimps that own these teams are on it too (re: my 3rd home jibe) and for some effed up reason all these people hate cole now but dont hate other money men/players/whoevers ...
if cole had asked for £120k pw , would theyve haggled him down to 60k ? was the reason he's wrong because he never asked for enough in the first place ? so they thought 'we've got him here, we thought he was gonna ask for 100k , so coz hes asked for 60, we'll give him 55 so we've saved 45k '
closer to home...
"we hate it in this first division , it costs too much" Mr. Warburton circa 1979 of warburtons bakers co. which is by the way the 3rd biggest brand in the country, so i'll bet theyve got some ££$$£s....

I find it amusing that he "forgives" Arsenal...for what exactly? Making him one of the best left backs England have had? For giving him an undeserved game in the CL Final? He's a c*nt, and epitomises what is wrong with football at the moment.
And we all know who the real loser in all of this is - Wayne Bridge.

I just feel so so sorry for him. He's been spoilt by greed and now will never be happy. I know he doesn't deserve to be happy now i.e. with his current attitude but even in later life when he realises what a lucky lucky b@stard he is and has been - he'll still be unhappy.
Yes they'll divorce, yes he'll remarry it's all foregone but he'll never be content, happy and fullfilled.
FM the voice of years!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, So I'll just say apart from that he bloke is a c*nt.

My sentiments exactly i will never buy or read one for the precise reason that they never wrote a single word. To take it further they must prove read then before release. I can see them handing that job over to the publicist (maybe wrong word, whatever job rebecca loos had for beckham (no joke intended) you know like a PR or something).TANGODANCER wrote:Book writing is part of a footballers income these days.
