Ha'way Warty, you can't say that! It's against the law! They always have 52,000 y'know. Ever since before football was invented.

The Beeb are in trouble then. The commentator said much the same thing.

It does amuse me that the BBC often criticise crowds for their midweek FA cup games like they have nothing to do with it. They did the same for us at WHU last year. Do they expect people to turn up to the game so their mum can see them on MOTD or something?

Even so, surprisingly bad crowd for Newcastle and cool finish from Bruno!

Awesome. What a guy he is. One of my all time favourites.

And what a shower of shite Newcastle are.

Now now now, lets be fair to Newcastle...they do have the worlds longest inury list.

£120 million in debt (technically speaking, they have bank loans they haven't started to pay off yet); not buying anyone this jan because "the youth are doing the job" (just today, Freddy Shepherd compared what they have to what Man Utd had when they had Becks etc coming through!); fans turning on the board; first attendance in 5 years below 50,000 in the Premiership for them earlier this season (against you, and their arguement was your support was crap)...turmoil up the road...I fcuking love it! Shame theres so much shite in the Prem that they won't go down...with Leeds going down, I need a derby next season!

They've had 5 attendences under 50k in the league this season.

26k in there tonight.

Obviously they're about double our numbers, but just another club with falling averages now.

26,099 there.

Best fans in the world, yeah right!

The guy doing the commentary - Guy Mowbray - is a lifelong Sunderland fan. Dunno how he's been so quiet!

That, at the moment, was Newcastles full strength team. They can have no complaints. Outclassed.

Still... 5
