Did anyone see him tonight v Spuds?

Appalling, just an absolute cheat.

The headline here - http://www.football365.com/ is no overreaction IMO

TV replays must interefere here and punish him retrospectively.

It's also hilarious when Diouf gets sent off for swearing at the ref and Defoe and Rooney are clearly seen telling Clattenberg to "feck off" and get away with it. that makes me piss

also, i completely forgot about this but Spurs fans still clap their team when they pass it from midfield back to the back four. Spurs were flooding forward, Huddleston, the next Ronaldinho (or Andy Sinton as Huston put it) puts his foot on the ball, turns round and gives it to Dawson and gets a standing ovation. if that's real football i wanna stick with our long ball shite

Stick your leg out like that at a player who's already past you in the penalty area and you might as well just kick the ball into the back of yer own net! :P Malbranque made contact with him, not many forwards nowadays would bother trying to stay on their feet nowadays. I thought Spurs' supposed penalty claim was a much better example of what a dive looks like tbh.

Malbranque ran past him, never touched never tried to touch him.

nah he catches his foot, theres a reason Malbranque was the only one not surprised by the decision.

diouf generally waits for contact before making a meal of it, something many many players do

ronaldo has curbed his diving impulses a bit since he first came into england but yesterday he took full advantage of malbranque sticking his foot near him and it was total simulation, the ref had a perfect view of it as well and pointed to the spot before ronaldo had even hit the deck to obviously make up for not giving an earlier penalty when gardner fouled larsson (although the linesman had a better view of that incident)
