I am amazed Drogba didn't throw himself to the ground with a swinging arm that close to him :D

That was one of the most pathetic attempts at an assault I have ever seen. Presumably he will be banned for life for that what a moron.

Must say Lampard's evasive action looks more like synchronised swimming than Ju-Jitsu.

"Have you been working out? You look really buff, not like that fat bloke behind me."

Frank: "Christ, stop him Didier, he's spotted the doughnut hamper!"

After being dumped out of the cup the thought of signing Anton Ferdinand, Nigel Reo Coker and Marlon Harewood was too much to bare for this Spurs fan.

"GGRRRRRR! If i wasnt being held back by a small be-speckled girl, I'd get you Drogba!" (I think they mean bespectacled.)

"oooooh, I'm going to growl like a really big tiger and drive my imaginary car right into you"

It looked like a really poorly attempted Clothesline.

Is that right?

Details please.

Not that I doubt you Warty
From memory, I think it was a game against Italy at Wembley. There had been some worries about the safety of players for a while. The England team left the pitch at the end of the game, apart from Keegan who'd been pole axed by a 'fan'.

The decision to put fences up was taken shortly after.
Final straw, perhaps, but surely more a combination of events. Fans had been using the pitch as a shortcut to taking opposite ends for half a decade.
