They also play with a Left-Back at Right-Back, the second best Centre-Back in the country at Left-Back, our budding new Right-Winger on the left (even my mum would have sussed the cut inside onto the right footfinlayson wrote: England play with no passion, aggression or intelligence.

Pretty easily summed up: The word "England" no longer inspires fear in other countries in any form of sport. The world has progressed. One day we'll wake up to the fact that the Union Jack doesn't guarantee divine rights any more, the cross of St George the same. As soon as I saw Phil Neville was the best our national side (read McClaren) could come up with I just shook my head in disbelief. I bet Israel did the same, but laughing.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?

Thought the game was crap, but we did play well in patches. Was pissed at both Rooney and Ban Haim. fair play that caused it, but they are both hot heads. There were good moments for the team, but the midfield blows as constructed. Gerrard is wasted on the right. lampard is a waste of molecules. I care enough to pay 25.00 USD to watch the game. So I guess I still care.
My one real complaint? The fecking stupid long balls. FFS Sam would have England killing the likes of Israel. Shame we didn't lose. I hate that ginger bastard.
Mclaren out.

Absolutely, the 'keeper may have spilled it at first but he'd got both hands on it whilst Rooney was still on his feet. He's just a petulant Scouse nice person!communistworkethic wrote:no he didn't, the keeper had the ball before rooney even considered going for it.Hoolio wrote:To be fair, Rooney had a right to go for the ball.daxter15 wrote:Tal Ben Haim were awesome.
