If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Separate rooms, share the bills.
Wake up together occasionally with a screaming hangover, not knowing how they got there. Don't speak to each other for a few days after.
Well, that's enough about you and the wife Hoss, now how about flatmates?

Thanks - I think I get it now. A purely platonic economically sensible relationship except when you drink too much. Then things happen and you wake up looking like Crazy Horse.

Got it in one Monty. Best if it stays platonic or you can end up moving a few times.

Yeah I woke up with a massive hangover this morning after our all-day piss up and barbecue! Recovering by having another barbecue today...

It seems that you are in good company with all the other members who have a good mop: Dr Hotdog, Batman, Henrik's Fan Club, Epitaph, Dave Sutton's Barnet, Tangodancer and now Verbal all sporting plenty of hair....

Beat me to it. I eagerly await the scientific study proving that being right-wing causes premature ageing. :D

I don't think I'd describe myself as being terribly right-wing these days...

He's almost faultless as a political commentator these days and is a very different man to the one who wrote "The Future of the Right" in 1995. He's become significantly less right wing since he realised that he wasn't that 'future' too.....

I have to disagree with that, although I do welcome his distancing from the loony element . Portillo can't make his mind up whether he wants to be a journalist or a politician and until he makes that decision he won't excel at either. Anyway, I'm about to open my second bottle of vino, so we can continue this at another time.

He's very firmly decided to be a political journalist, and he is excelling at that. I don't think (having met him) that he is at all tempted to give up on the lucrative career and stressless life that he has carved out for himself as a non-politician.

Even in the unlikely event of Cameron leading the Conservatives to a decisive win in the next General Election, followed by the offer of a top cabinet post to Portillo, I still don't think he would accept it.

New photo of me. Same place as the one I put on last year, but now with the Napoli behind me.

Did the photographer try to get you to 'move a bit further back' when that was taken?

To be honest, at first I thought you were one of the older members of the forum when you first started off as well!
