Sports that genrally get a lot of air time, that I can't stand watching, are Horse Racing, and any Marathon. I also agree with the whole extreme sports thing being a giant waste of time; sport my eye
The marathon really is a waste of time to watch. They just run at the same pace for 2 hours, no over taking manouvers, no sprinting, etc.

Horse racing is only watchable if you have a bet on, but its so unpredictable that you just get pissed off watching it.

Completely agree. There is a reason why hardly anyone outside america does their sports...

Because they're f#cking toss.
Yeah that is a good point. I never understand why all American's seem to all love the same sports and they are the crappest games in the world. The world series baseball is funny as they are the only country other than Japan that play it.

I saw a clip of NASCAR this morning on tv and that looked really grim, but huge crowds watching it. The cars are just family saloons driving in a circle, it is incredibly dull.

Some of those Irish sports like Shinty and garlic football are just too grim for words. What on earth do they kick the ball in the air in front of themselves and catch it for? What is the point of that? And why have a rugby post where there is a net and a keeper at the bottom, yet you can still score points kicking it over.

And when it comes to the world's most stupid sport, it must be kabadi. Did anyone see that on channel 4 a few years ago? Jesus Christ, what a shower.

I agree that both the marathon and olypic walking need spicing up before I can even think about watching them.

What about if the athlete's were being chased by something... Like a tank or a load of horny gorilla's.

lol, that is a good one. I saw someone practicising this the other week on the way to work, if only they realised how stupid they looked.

The only people who do olympic walking are people called Melissa, they are a failed athlete so have taken up walking instead of running. Its pathetic.

Tebbs Lloyd-Johnson will be most upset that you think he looks like a "Melissa".

I dunno I just can't muster the energy to hate any sport. I love most and some I don't quite understand the rules, but if other people really think it's great who am I to moan??? I really, really miss taking part in lots of sport now that I'm responsible for delivering Jussi Junior to the world. The only one I still play is darts and I really enjoy that even though I'm useless!!! I save hate for spiders, people who drop litter and lying, thieving estate agents.

I do like extreme sports and incidently my uncle loved to take part in extreme sports and was killed in a mountain bike accident and yes, he was a great man.

Yeah I miss participating in sports too. I still play golf, but the one sport I miss most playing is cricket, I remember many a time playing cricket on the beaches in the South of France with family and friends. That was a lot of fun.
