According to the Daily Mail, Westham have agreed a 2M fee to release his registration to his agent, i'm no lawyer but surely that admits he wasn't fully theirs! If he was why wouldn't they just either keep him or sell him to United? Why let him go for 2M when he is clearly he is worth 10M as that's what United are expected to pay. Unless someone can explain otherwise, this to me shows third party involvement, would we sell Anelka to his agent for 2M so Arsenal can buy him for 10M! The sooner those cheating bastards are thrown out of the Prem the better. Never happen though will it, its expected to be "ratified" by the FA. Well done you cheating c*nts.

Pressure mounted on West Ham United last night after documents presented in court appeared to show that the club had entered into a second agreement with the owners of Carlos Tévez.

On a dramatic day in the High Court, Media Sports Investments (MSI) and Just Sports Inc (JSI) produced the contract that was signed by West Ham after the club’s new Icelandic owners had taken control in late November.

I need a right rant about these feck*

First and foremost they are right up there with Chelsea in ruining the fecking game. Why preach about winning the world cup in one breath and then the next offer a ridiculous £90k salary to an average player just so that he won't sign for a bigger club. Magnusson the Ferengi fecking lookalike winner 1998 bangs on that it's because they can afford it and why shouldn't they offer it? answer is "can you afford it?" what justifies paying an average player like lucas neill £60k a week?

speaking of whom lucas neill appears in the paper this week with the quote "i'd love to play in the champions league". not one paper picked up on the fact that a season ago the c*nt had the chance to play champions league for £30k a week and turned it down for a relegation battle in the rough end of stratford for double that. don't come here quoting ambition to us lucas, you made your bed now fecking well lie in it with the other baby bentley retards. carlton cole anyone?

To reply to my own post

the reason the cheats are getting away with this is with the excuse "because Tevez has refused to play for us and is only interested in joining Utd he is practically worthless ergo receiving a fee of 2M is acceptable business." UTTER BOLLOCKS.

It has been reported for ages that United are prepared to pay 10M for a loan and then 30M to sign him. This is obvious blatant cheating and the PL are going along with it, all the clubs in the PL should refuse to play until SUFC are re-instated. and the club formally known as West Ham relegated.

Every rule and convention has been totally ignored in this fiasco - and our game will be irreparably damaged by the consequences.

It makes you wonder what would have happened to us if we had broken the rules. My take on it would be relegation to the Ryman league.

I normally don't empathise with other fans but if I was a SUFC fan I'd be foaming at the mouth and pulling my hair out, whilst banging my head against a wall.

Exactly, they went directly to his club (MSI) and spoke to them about the player. Just another point towards West Ham's guilt!

Tevez had to go, we all knew that. Harewood - well, obviously not part of Curbishley's plans - particularly if we sign Eidur. As for the 3 crocks - I presume you mean Faubert, Freddie and Parker. Well, I can't say they excite me overly - Faubert aside - but Ljungberg * may * still have it, and Parker underperformed at the Barcodes, but can be a top player. Same goes for Bellamy. F*ck Yeah! is cover - that's it.

£90k is an exaggeration, fine. But even £60k for some of the players your lot have signed is stupid money. Egghead's said himself that he intends to price other people out the game. There was a cracking article, i think about Viduka on how his agent used West Ham to up his salary. Viduka always intended to sign for Newcastle but thanks to a little interest from Quark he was able to add £20k a week to his salary. Is that healthy for the game? Is it hell?

Lucas Neill is not an average player? I'll soundbyte that, that is genius. Players that you intend to sign. That would be future tense as in have not yet done. And no guarantee that you would. And face it, you lack the ambition to hold on to a player for Tevez's calibre. You are not champions league material and won't be.
