Allardyce is a complete failure, let's all laugh at him.

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

I don't understand what all the Geordie fuss is about.

With Sam they will get - in order

1. Bigheaded Nutcases and complete clowns sorted out or thrown out (K Dyer T Bramble etc etc) - largely done - Martins to follow once Owen is fit.
2. Defence sorted and points won- still much to do - still expect them to get 50+ points - ie 10 more than last year
3. European place - never on this year's agenda
4. Skilful football - not even on next years agenda

Anyone up there who expected anything different was never in the real world.

In other words, most of them, who demand instant success instantly, if not sooner. You know they're a massive club (or is that someone else?) In any event a huge club who should, by rights, be up with the top four, despite not having won anything for about the same length of time as the Wanderers..

And in time-honoured fashion he's stuck a defender on at 2-1 down. :?

Draw is best for us. Sam will still look bad to the fans and Derby won't suddenly win five in a row and pass us.

You are of course correct, Monty. However, you appear to be letting sense and sound judgement cloud the desire to have the fickle Geordies on TV baying for Allardyce's head on a stick. Now stop it!

Quite funny also how we now consider newcastle getting a point at home to derby as them "winning"

If theres ever been a manager that perfectly fits the saying 'It's better to be a lucky manager than a good one', it's Big Sam. Last minute goal to beat Brum and then a late goal to steal a point against Derby County.

Still, funny how over half of Derbys points for the whole season have come of Fat face.
