Bioshock is superb. Can recommend Mass Effect too. Assasins Creed is weirder than i expected with a stupid sequence at the end of each level where you wake up in the future and go back to bed. it's quite repetitive, not as good as thief on the pc. i've been enjoying PG4 myself, that's fair goodGeneral Mannerheim wrote:Ive been hammering it over the festive period, i was lucky enough to recieve a new home cinema kit for my new tele off santa, so i have been gaming with surround sound, absolute quality! aliens running round my front room! I completed Gears of War and COD4, both on casual like, cant be arsed doing em again in hardcore or owt, and have been dabbling with fifa and table tennis in between. Looking for summat new to play now, already got Bioshock & Clancy's Rainbow six Vegas, but fancy a change from shooters? Assasins Creed looks good, reviews dont though, anyone had a bash at this?
get yourself some points too and get some arcade games. doom, sonic, speedball and sensible soccer all worth a bash
Probably going to get this tomorrow too for ps2. Played it at my friends house over Christmas and it was quality. Just wondering if it still good to play or has the novelty worn off yet so to speak?Athers wrote:Played Guitar Hero 3 for a bit the other night, it was really good in a gathering environment. Not sure I want to pay £65 to play on my own though.

Don't know, not bought it yet
might have a splurge and get it along with Bioshock and COD4 after my exams later this month.

Its quality isnt it? i am enjoying it more than Gears and COD4 at the moment. its seems a lot harder than them though, even on normal mode, checkpoints seem miles apart, and you have to be more tactically astute in this, i love puting markers on targets with the snakecam and watching my guys take them out! quality game, sequel on its way too!Batman wrote:decided against paying 45 notes for Orange Box
instead got Rainbow Six Vegas.

Got COD4 from Play for 35, special edition. They had the normal version priced at 40, go figure.
