ok, maybe harsh, but how could you?
Since it seems unfair to leave PB all alone, I too voted for United. Unlike him, I did live in the Bolton area but I have been away for 45 years. I just don't have the same prejudices based on more recent history. I always favour a Lancashire team (yes I know they changed the boundaries) over effete southerners, especially those run by billionaire gangsters - sorry- oil entrepreneurs.

anyone who voted for untied and has the 'benefit' of that blatant red scum loving c*ntbag clive f*cking c*ntbucket tydlesdley must have changed their minds now? god i want chelsea to win it, 1-1 after 90 mins tho and i will be in the £££

practicaly laughing about drogba when he was inured - which is fair game on its own but you just know if it had of been a united player down it would of been different, indeed scholes was down he practically wet himself with worry

the superlatives he's using to describe ronaldo, who is playing well granted but clive has his tongue right up his ringpeice

united the "beauty" to chelseas "beast"

dropping in as many references to "that fateful night at the nou camp"

oh and my fave was "carrick is the only player out there capable of running the game", cos lampard, ballack, makelele etc

oh whats this....YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....get in, equaliser

did tweedle de just describe it as fortuitous? cos it wasn't a red shirt?

Oh for a Paul " The spacemaster" Scholes at Bolton. Superb bit of intelligent close passing between him and Brown led to the goal. Insignificant looking almost, as a superstar, but a giant with a football. Rooney mainly insignificant altogether so far. Could be a very interesting second half.

I want Chelsea to do 'a Bayern' on United and score the winner in the 98th minute after absorbing wave after wave of pressure.

Not that I dislike them or owt...

Aye, uses his head well that lad. Only good thing from Rooney was his crossfield ball to Ronaldo that was superb. Still reckon Chelsea will nick it, Sir Alex to explode in the post match interview.

Can we have Anelka back for £8 million please. Just don't let him take penalties.

What a fiasco really that a tournament so long-fought and prestigeous should be decided this way. Chelsea were all over the Reds second half and Drogba was utterly stupid to aim a handbag at an opposing player like that. Could go on but what's the point. About time players were prevented from stopping once they start a run up fpr a penalty. Terry let Ronaldo off the hook big style. Actually thought Terry was man of the match for me.

Never looked confident, gutted for him.

And, gobby nice person that he is, i feel sorry for John Terry aswell. For a Chelsea fan to miss in circumstances like that must be awful.

For the neutral, it has to be said it was one hell of a game. Was watching it in the bar with the place split pretty even with Rags and Blueskis. Absolutely unbelievable atmosphere, had me gripped.

All sympathies with JT, gutted he slipped.

Thoughts:

1) I actually want to kill Clive Tysdley
2) The ref lost control of that game after about 30 seconds
3) That pond-life Evra should have been off long before Drogba sold his team-mates down the river
4) God I wish Ronaldo's miss had cost United the Trophy
5) Folks, its time to underground:- We will NEVER EVER EVER hear the end of this :(

I thought the ref did brilliantly today. Got 2/3 decisions badly wrong but didn't effect the game, thought he controlled the game very very well.

I feel sorry for Grant more than anyone, he may have no personality but he looks absolutely distraught and seems like an honest, genuine person...will probably be gone next season.

Final thought? Well well well Nicolas...you left us for that? Forgive me if I don't shed a tear, forgive me if I'm sounding bitter but there you have it.

Anybody clock Abramovitch when Drogba got red? He turned to his companion, raised his eyes to the heavens and mouthed "DROGBA"

Unfortunately every time they showed Abramovitch I couldn't help retching uncontrollably.

I vehemently dislike the man.
