England v Croatia

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Will someone please tell Rooney he isn't Kevin Davies!! The difference being, when Bolton attack, Davies manages to get his arse back up field. Heskey's left alone far to often and losing the ball or heading to no-one.

Can we also please use the obvious talent we have on the wings? Walcott looked like his feet was ruling his brain for the first ten minutes, while he was suffering from the same thing Owen did in his early youthful games. Thinking two steps ahead before the ball had even landed at his feet. Really well taken goal though and has looked much better since.

Bit worried about Brown and A Cole though. Brown because he's working at less then 70% at the minute (worried about losing your club place because Neville is fit again much?) and Cole because he's been owned on the left three times in the first half, to the point he's diving to gain the foul.

Other then that. All is well.

Carry on. :D

Joe Cole's just done a great impression of Amir Khan on Saturday. He probably took as much of a whack as Khan did too.

Not sure it deserved a red card, mind.
