[quote]Premier League new boys Hull are in talks with former Bolton midfielder Stelios Giannakopoulos over an initial short-term move to the KC Stadium.
The 34-year-old Greece international is a free agent after being released by Bolton in the summer.
Hull boss Phil Brown said: "We're talking with regard to a contract until the end of the season or possibly until the January transfer window.
"If we can convince Stelios to sign for us it would be a no-lose situation."
Stelios, who attended Hull's 2-2 draw with Everton on Sunday, would be Hull's 13th signing since the club were promoted to the Premier League last May.

indeed, it just shows what a bit of intelligence in the way you set your team up and in the transfers you make can do. In his short stint as caretaker with us he showed a hint of things to come, served his apprenticeship under the fat one, got shafted by Derby and now is showing why he's one of the best "young" managers about. And he does just have them playing "hit and hope, let's try not to lose" football.
power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely

Still knows where his heart is.
"I go back to that Kevin Davies tackle (on Gael Clichy last week). For me, there was nothing wrong with that tackle. If you take that out of the game, Hull City might as well not play at the Emirates on Saturday.
"If you allow Arsenal to dictate that that kind of tackle goes out of the game, then we're finished.
"We've got that tackle on our side. They've got that technical aspect on their side. If they're allowed to express that technical side without tackling or physical contact we might as well not turn up.
