Scrolling through here has convinced me that with the odd one or two exceptions, the 90's were actually a bag o shite. Music was cack too. Other than that I have a very positive view of the 90's

I keep thinking of films to add to all these threads but dont bother as its getting a bit tedious - however one formidable gem from this decade that is well worth a mention is 'Leaving Las Vegas'
