Anyone wanting in probably should register on that site and keep an eye on that thread :)

Don't worry, it's a gaming site, not a footy one!

He's a friend of mine and fellow member of Dinklesmash FC mate :)

He probably got your tag from the club house page showing our team members.

I think they still retail at the shockingly expensive £50-60 range.

Nor should you, it's a disgraceful price for something that should already be in the box.

£54.99

if you already have one o 'dem pendrivey looking things off your adsl router modem (that make a desktop pc or laptop wireless) try that .. it *might* work.

or just borrow as many as you can till you get one that "works".

think theres a list of ones that have been tested and do work somewheres (might be on the xbox site too)

Not been on my 360 for a while, so I only got round to playing the PES demo t'other day.

I gotta be honest, I thought it was crap. They still haven't managed to make a fully 'next-gen' version of Pro Evo yet, IMO.

Although having said that I can't see me buying FIFA '09 anytime soon either. It doesn't seem worth another £40 when I'm not done with the 08 version.
Don't call it a comeback

If you definitely have to have your Xbox wirelessly connected and you have a laptop with wireless, you can connect it to a laptop using a crossover ethernet cable and bridge the connections. Not simple but it works and does save you money.

Two games I am very excited for.

Far Cry 2 out later this month. (Hopefully they have sorted out the controls from the original)

COD5 out next month.

So Pro Evo is nearly upon us, I'm reading conflicting reports about it. I'm still being brand loyal so I'll get it on Friday anyway.

Got mine today.

It's MILES behind Fifa. I can't believe ANYONE who'd played Fifa this year could touch this, it's just apalling in every way. The players can only move in 8 directions, and they take forever to respond, it looks atrocious, the animation is crap, it's clunky and imho just rubbish.

I'm amazed that Konami think they can get away with releasing this. I used to love PES but this is the last time they get my money.

I'm sure people will wax lyrical about how great it is, but I've been playing Fifa a lot, and to me, PES couldn't be farther from "football" in my eyes.

can safely say FIFA is king of the jungle, cant even get the transfers uptodate, passings is cack, shooting is decent enough though, the way they run just dosent fell right, a.i as improved though apart from keepers, champions league mode is cack too, only a few licence teams, the be a legend mode i was looking forward to the most, but i am deeply let down by it, when you ask for a pass they dont pass to you, and when you dont they do, i,ll stick at it for the time being.
