Nah, she's just whiny and irritating. I advocate torture and imprisonment without trial (or evidence) for no-one, however heinous the crime. An eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind etc.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Maybe a lot of people think killers, rapist and people who blow up their families arent too high in their priority stakes for being treated as anything but what they are.
People for whom the law prescribes specific punishments you mean? By all means argue the punishments arent long or severe enough, tis someone's right to that opinion, but if its what they think, they should do something about it. We cant start picking and choosing which laws we follow and which we dont.

She riles the fecking lefties too. I would heartily recommend a proper job for her.
Like.....a barrister?

Why does she seem to be so hated? I dont get it, does anyone have any examples?
Yeah - supporting the re-instatement of Jon Gaunt on Talksport is a good starting point...

I have signed petition supporting bringing back Gaunty to Talksport, although it seems public opinion is falling on deaf ears. :(

Jon Gaunt? The man's little other than an over-opinionated, loud-mouthed tosser who thinks that talking over people somehow makes him a tough and respectable interviewer. As soon as I hear the feck* voice then the CD mode gets pressed.

Now then. Ian Collins, he's your man. An excellent broadcaster and a man of sound politcal persuasion. :D

I watched My Fair Lady for the first time the other day.... Professor Higgins has to be up there as one of my favourite fictional characters. :D

As a child all of my schoolmates, had time-travel been an option, wanted to travel to sometime in the future. I wanted to be one of the railway children. I still do.

Don't know why but she still stays as one of my fantasy women. Jenny Seagrove was another.

 Good Lord! Your deprived childhood may explain a lot, PB. Perhaps there are other classics you may have missed while spoiling good walks.

See her as the nurse in "American Werewolf in London" and that may all begin to be explained, TD.

Not that "Logan's Run" or "Walkabout" don't help either.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
